Watching the ladder is better than a lot of the games involved by clubs other the Dees.
  2. My view is if I don't expect to go it will be a big win if I win the lottery but if I don't it I won't be upset. I hope I get to a pre GF game that will be a big win. PS. I have my mind set on round 22 at the G. I hope the comp is still going of course.
  3. I understand that but by the time sponsors and higher membership levels and guaranteed are satisfied there will be precious little left for us rabble at the bottom of the queue. We have 50k members. I think participating clubs get about 20k each. I don't like the maths. I knew a long time ago that going to a GF will be out for me. That's ok I don't have a problem with the people who pay more getting priority. Just make it and win it and I will be happy.

Better entertainment than watching a lot of games.
  5. Does not worry me at all as I know I will be watching on TV no matter who is in it, how many are allowed in or where it is played. Lowly GA members like me wonโ€™t get a look in re tickets. just the GF in the 21st century.
  6. I reckon it might be time to rest a few players over the next month. One a game for the next four games. Don't send Max to Darwin.

I fined this more fun than most of the games. I particularly like watching the Tigers and Hawks slide towards the bottom.

Exactly how I read the report Macca. He had all the required paper work etc. Probably thought he was fine.Thatโ€™s is the thing with this virus people who have contracted it feel fine in early stages when they are infectious. You would almost think it was designed this way for maximum affect!!!!!!!!!

Here we go again NSW has just announced AZ fine for anyone over 40. I wonder why the vaccination centres are not being rushed. Honestly we are being lead by idiots on many levels.

If Tmac was injured would you then say we have little chance?

First you have to get there then anything can happen.

But he dropped 5 or 6 easy marks in the forward line. All you have to do is play him close in the forward line and he will drop the mark. And remember he is playing against VFL level defenders. They are much better in the seniors.

We seem to get teams coming back from a poor result e.g. GWS.

Home NC just finished my second Heineken. They always taste better after a win. Strange that!!

IMO the difference in reserves football is ball delivery. They are nowhere as good of kicks on average resulting in a lot more missed marks because ball goes over their head or hits the ground 5 Metres In front of the leading players etc and more ball ups.

I don't think this is correct, Werribee played it close and tough all day the scores do not IMO show how tough Werribee made it especially in the first half. If they had kicked for goal reasonably it would have been a lot closer. Also some senior players look not so good at this level but look better when up graded. We have quite a few in that side who can cut it at AFl level.

I don't think it would matter how good someone played today without injuries the senior team is no change. Why would you change a team that just beaten a top 6 team on their own dung heap by 5 goals.

Ok game today but has about 500% improvement to go get near May. First thing he needs is 10kg in weight.

Sorry to bore everyone but I really enjoyed watching today at the ground. First half was far from a good display and if Werribee could have kicked reasonably they may have been in the game a lot longer. Werribee have a great ground and facilities. Pity we did not have as good ( outside of Casey I mean). However any day your side wins by 9 goals is a good day.

Yes he ain't a ruckman. Still worry about his weight. Tends to get muscled out of the way often when under the ball. Melksham is a great kick he does not need a lot of the ball to cut up opposition with great delivery.

I think so and he is very good kick for goal. His last after the siren was from 50 out and got there no problem.

Allison, might not look perhaps look he should but 6 goals is hard to ignore. Most first grab marks and is accurate even at 50 metres. He is a better kick than any forward we have in the seniors.
