BK I understand the principle but IMO we need a big body for 2011 - 2013 we cannot afford the wait till 2014. A big body in 2011 is still the same in 2014

rpfc I have a very big feeling he is up to the job. IMO the only other candidate among the young is Grimes. But I am not sure his body is up to 26+ games a year. I worry he is a little fragile. Not good to have your captain off the field on a regular basis. Still probably better than this year when he is on the ground every week. A couple of injuries might have been heaven sent this year.

How can you say otherwise. However it would take a big leap for the MFC to give him the job. We are not good at bold moves I suspect VC might be his job next year.

The sad thing is I doubt it will happen this week against the Eagles. I desperately hope I am wrong

It is always good to win the B&F DD Your name is there forever. It still means you are among the elite of the league. And whoever wins it this year means they were not the source of the problems. I would like to be able to say I won the B&F at the Dees in any year.
