That covers it well DC. My problem Is I think Davey has been on the wane for a couple of years. IMO he always had 2 main things going for him - Speed, this has been dropping the last couple of years. He now gets caught a lot more and I do not see him getting faster at the age of 28 next year. - kicking, he used to be the best kick in the team i.e. delivery ever kick hit someone. That skill seems to have dropped substantially. On top of these problems teams have worked out a close tag takes him out of the game. I hope he returns to 2009 form but I am struggling with the chance of it actually happeneing. If it came to pass that we did a "Trapper" with him I would be sad But it might just be the best way to get value out of him post 2011. In a good team he could be valuable

Agree rpfc. First you have to be on the park. Otherwise you are some sort of coach. When he has strung together 20 games in a row I will think about him for the leadership.

I agree Demon17 2012 is not going to be a big improvment on this year. I think a lot on here forget it will be the same basic lot from 2011 that runs out in 2012. Unfortunately I think Gary will not be a long term player. There is too much for him to do in the media and too much money involved. We should be happy with his effort over the last few months. However we do need to find a good replacement, any suggestions?

Yes because there is lots of talk and usually little action. As far as the Dees are concerned I will be surprised if we do much. Don't think we have much to offer.( except perhaps Green as it does not appear he is going to sign any time soon!) But then Redleg we usually don't have much else to talk about at the end of September / early October.

As strange as this may sound mate I did not think it was. My father told me a long time a go not to check to much on what people think of you because there will always be one that dislikes you. and you cannot win em all!
