I think your memory is failing bb Seem to remember great excitment after 2010 season and drafting. Then again last year after Neeld was appointed. Both ended in disaster. Now I will admit this year does look way better than this time last year because we are changing some of the cattle this year. So I hope 2013 shows a small amount of improvement. IMO he is very lucky to have a contract for 2013. I think injury etc has ended his career. Hard to see him being more than a fillin player in 2013. Could spend a lot of time at Casey in his final year. All over for not so Flash I am afraid.

The Tigers beat both Hawthorn and Swans during the year How close did we get Hawthorn 11 goals and Swans 16 goals as well the Tigers beat us by 9 goals and 2 goals 11 behinds and a couple out on the full. I think they are way in front of us in ladder position, quality of list and Development of players.

After the Dees P_man I admire the Hawks. I have said elsewhere on a couple of threads that they represent everything that the MFC do not. Succesfull for decades, win flags, tough, take no prisoners, Hated by all other supporters, plenty of money in the bank and play finals almost every year. Whats not to admire? Oh crappy colours but you cannot win them all.
