  1. Ok it's time we started Max in the centre square at the beginning of the matches. He is an AA ruckman & needs to start there. He will never be an AA ff. Rotate him to the forward line after awhile but just start him where he should be
  2. Sadly petracca with a hairline fracture is still a better player than anyone else that we could bring in. But yeah maybe subbing him out and bringing on Smith to go forward and changing things up could have helped. But why did it have to happen to trac. Ugh
  3. See I want Geelong to win today because then at least Collingwood would have to maybe play Sydney in an away prelim if they get that far. We get through Brisbane I'd love to knock the cats out of a prelim and get another crack at Sydney. Anyway it will be interesting
  4. Is it his kicking leg because that explains a lot
  5. So don't ask me why but I'm watching the final quarter but I am. My god firstly to not kick a goal in the final quarter is a disgrace. Also we missed 4 shots in a row. And they were all getable. Melksham, then that absolute stuff up between Spargo & Melksham, petracca and someone else
  6. The thing is the swans great players have a down night there middle range players step up. Our top players don't play well we don't have our middle range players stepping up.
  7. About the crowd I thought we made noise. I mean sitting in the MCC it's majority Melbourne but when Fritsch kicked that goal from around the corner to put us back in front the fans were noisy. We don't have to act like Collingwood fans just yelling out Collingwood over and over. Geelong fans are in for a feral day today
  8. Ugh you wake up and think of key moments that hurt us. May getting sucked in by buddy. Yes it was soft but we had momentum at the time and again Mays aggression cost us a goal. Melksham missing crucial shots that he was not missing 2 weeks ago Max's disposal and that last shot for goal I can't even fathom what that kick was Harmes just having a brain fade & costing us a goal Luke Jackson was just really disappointing. I'm not sure what he even contributed. Lever dropped marks, fumbled and was not clean. Anyway we'll be written off now. But that's ok. Next week will tell us whereas the players heads are at
  9. Totally agree. Last season I was so impressed with him and thought great he's finally switched on. But he's gone backwards.
  10. Has anyone heard Goodwin's presser, just wondered his thoughts on buddy's 50 & the free if it was bought up
  11. I hope Olivers cheekbone is ok
  12. I cannot believe we could not score a goal in the final quarter
  13. So again we get out to a lead and cough it up
  14. Chandler in for Neal Bullen?
  15. Ok so if may and harmes didn't give away those goals from brain fades Melksham kicks the 2 he missed and we kick that goal that we absolutely butchered we win. But hindsights a wonderful thing.
  16. We learnt nothing from last time they beat us. Just so disappointing. Also I didn't really want to have to go next week. Oh well boys it's over to you how much you want this
  17. Do we risk McDonald?
  18. I don't understand Max's kicking
  19. Kick the last 4 & win by a point?
  20. And there's the game right there
  21. Melksham is experienced enough to kick that
  22. Well who's going to stand up for us & will us over the line?
  23. The thing is Franklin, McDonald & Warner have had no impact but we are still losing. I just really hope we can produce something great in this final term
  24. What a strange kick by Hibbard
