  2. I was there that day and a feared for my life as we were coming back and I was barracking for the Dees, there were some very intoxicated Bummers supporters near me throwing empty cans at me and shouting obscenities to a point where I had to move to a quieter spot to enjoy the win.Its hard to be quiet when we were coming back like that. Bennett was sensational that day.
  3. 6.Oliver 5. Petracca 4. Langdon 3. May 2. Viney 1. Brayshaw
  4. Wow this feels good. Great to have some joy. This calls for a scotch or five!
  5. This is heaven to me, watching us beat the Pies like this.
  6. Spargo looking great two weeks in a row
  7. We are well organized and look good so far. Preuss is doing a good job so far
  8. Bennell hasn’t really done anything to warrant selection, he may need another pre season. With pressure on for spots we need players that are really on their game.
  9. I really like Caleb Serong as a player, looks like a Robbie Gray type
  10. I don’t see it a such a big deal. We have four very good mids in Viney , Petracca, Oliver and Brayshaw. All we have to do is start one forward and rotate them all through that position. They are all very capable of kicking goals.
  11. He seems to be developing a signature move with that 360 degree spin out of a pack, ala Dustys fend off. The Petracca Spin
  12. It’s the best crop of youngsters we’ve had in a while. Kozzie, Jackson, Rivers, Sparrow,Lockhart, Spargo. Gives the group real energy, and some potential stars amongst that lot.
  13. Out - Harmes, Jones , Tomlinson In - Gawn, Viney, Lockhart
  14. I was happy for Spargo , thought he was a very good linkman Dogga and Kozzie are going to be stars . Petracca would have to be top three or four in the Brownlow. Brayshaw stood up. Fritsch could have kicked 6
  15. 6. Petracca 5. Oliver 4. Brayshaw 3. Lever 2. Jackson 1 Pickett
  16. That was horrible umpiring. Harmes gave away two goals being silly and fumbly again
  17. What we do in the ruck will go a long way in deciding this game. Looks like TMac will play there and supposedly drop back to fill the hole down back, effectively playing Max’s role to a Tee. Jacko/Dogga will probably give him a chop out.
  18. I reckon he is a good chance of winning it coz he just won it.
  19. Thought it didn’t deserve more than two as he has no previous record and didn’t pin both arms. They are just making an example using a low profile player. Its not right, but it’s the way the AFL is , very knee jerk and inconsistent.
  20. 6. Oliver 5. May 4. Viney 3.Petracca 2.Jackson 1. Lever
  21. Clarry was brilliant tonight. They have to stick with Weed and Jacko up forward as they will just get better and better as they get bigger and stronger. I was very impressed with Jacko.
  22. Showed he was our number one mid tonight. I hope he takes the game on and kicks it more like he did tonight, because he could win a brownlow if he does.
  23. This bloke doesn’t look interested. Zero intensity. I reckon he wants to go to WA with his brothers.
  24. Ok It’s our skills We just keep giving back to the opposition tine after time. Almost comical . its also our skills

Exactly, even Port, who had guys like Amon, Gray and Rozee who run and use the ball well on the outside once the ball is stripped from us on the inside.
