  1. It wasn’t game analysis Wayne. It was simply a statement that we go to water if pressure is applied
  2. I think a lot of the teams are working out Melbourne is a soft target. Just apply some pressure
  3. Apart from the 1st quarter in the Carlton game We have been painful to watch. Fumbly, dumb decisions and no fire.
  4. Lack of any reliable target always kills us.
  5. We are mentally weak, dumb and still have no idea what to do when we go forward.
  6. Even Freo or Adelaide would’ve bested Geelong today. We are pathetic coach is gone if he doesn’t turn this joke of a side around
  7. We are a very ordinary side, with not even the semblance of a forward line.
  8. Agree, Except TMac and Weed were on fire that day and we currently do not have an in form tall forward.
  9. They are showing alot of faith in TMac, but I feel that if he puts in another bad one he won’t be so lucky next week.
  10. Jetta’s form has been poor but he matches up well on Ablett which might save him this week.
  11. I smell a rat, the training vision clearly shows McKenna tackle Saad. Why is he not mentioned as being in contact with him???
  12. We should play tomorrow day in a game of four 15 minute quarters
  13. I don’t think they should force Essendon to play but rather give them the option to play or simply forfeit the points. Its only 5 players that will be quarantined, and you can have that with a gastro outbreak for gods sake
  14. If a player in a team transgresses Covid19 rules to the point where a game cannot be played because of a positive test ,then It should be considered a breach by the club and the punishment should be that the scheduled game be forfeited and the 4 points be awarded to the opposition team.
  15. This game will be played next month and squeezed into the fixture somehow. The main concern is getting Essendon up and running to play next weeks game against Carlton, otherwise I fear it’s season over.
  16. Needs a good run at it, has footy smarts but he has the body of a first year skinny kid.
  17. Unless they play this game mid week the season is dead
  18. The game may be played Wednesday if all other Essendon players test clear, otherwise I can see the season progressing
  19. I heard it has been called off
  20. What I don’t get about this coaching department is that they kinda select the forward line in hope. TMac has been in horrible form for a year and there’s no sign he is going to magically snap out if it, yet he is picked as our key forward post. Jackson is a raw skinny kid who isn’t ready yet. They have guys who are very good marks and kicks for goal in J. Smith and Harmes Playing in the back line. Is it time to try a few things like swap TMac with May and bring one of Harmes or Smith forward.. We wasted a whole year last year playing Fritsch out of position, and we shouldn’t waste another one living in hope.
  21. 6.Oliver 5. Petracca 4. Gawn 3. Salem 2 Rivers 1 Langdon
  22. I dont think Hunt will be dropped being one of our only effective forwards
  23. Out TMac, Jackson, Jones. In Weideman , Pickett Hibberd. Hibberd to go back and Smith to go forward. Jetta has also been pretty shaky the last few games and is close to getting dropped for mine. So Jetta for Lockhart Is another possible change.
  24. How bad are Melbourne really? Absolutely pathetic!
  25. We still can’t find a tall forward. Tmac still can’t mark the ball, and Jackson is too raw. Thank god for Petracca and Oliver
