Put Bate at CHF - the bloke has sticky hands, is versatile and can kick a mile. Leave Miller at Sandy and try and get a third/fourth/fifth round pick for him at the end of the season. He is done IMO. His puts in 100% effort and should be comended for that but he is at his most damaging in positions on the field where he can do no damage (ie the wing). I don't think any opposition coach worries when he takes a mark on the wing as they know he won't hurt them with a precision kick to a leading forward.

Have you not been watching us for the last 2 years. Bruce is up there with Ward and Godders for kicking IMO. He can get the ball and is a decent set shot but he cannot kick while running AND he is one of our best players. That probably says enough.

The way Pickett presented himself during the pre season was pretty average if you ask me. Let's be honest - he looks like he is 6 months pregnants. No players in this day and age can afford to come back overweight and battling to find fitness. I know he's a big bloke anyway but I have to say that I'm a quite dissapointed in Byron.

Yze has received his wake up call. Danners has done it in a very diplomatic way and has really up the ante with Yze over the last two weeks. I have a strong feeling Yze will have a blinder on Friday night. Let's hope so as we really need him.
