Yes he is... he was footy bred, under the old Melbourne culture. stay away from our former players. They cannot see the failure of our past culture, they they exuded. Its a no from me. Lets get another top assistant from the Hawks... or other leading club, if we must... One who has never set foot IN-side the Mfc. It is not time to return to go back to where we were culture wise. We are making changes, that take a long time, to achieve... Lets not have those who see nothing wrong in how we "Went about it" formerly. Now is not the time to chicken OUT. The only thing that has happened to our current direction, is that the '666' rule, has left us impotent in 2019. .

Our season is dead now... not because of the ladder [position, but because our gamestyle is cooked. And what we lack to suit '666'. Put more kids into the team now... and keep Lewis in, to guide them. No point becoming the new "9thMond". Make Lewis a decent offer to be an assistant from this mid season... and stay playing til end of season. Next season a VFL playing assistant coach to guide new kids coming in. Keep Brendan McCartney as Player Coach-Performance Manager, to oversee and to modify our development programs. Pull the other slower legs out of the team now. And look to trade out at seasons end. Hit the draft up, for skilled running Kids with Attitude. Keep our better leaders in, to set the tone for the new Kids. Classic in-between'rs can go. .................................................. Possible trade outs: Hibbo 29+Yrs already, He may want to go home ? Garlett Frost Hunt etc.

I twas keeping players on-field too long that has caused our major Problems.. ie: TMc and Viney when they had they're initial injuries. Viney Plantar Fascia, of a couple of years back. TMc, with his turf toe/foot issues, of a couple of years back. Serious problems, that should have been addressed at the time. I agree with your idea of moving forward now, Re Fitness and Conditioning manager... but bring in one of the best 2ic's around now (rising star of this field)... to take over officially, from Misson, at end of season. Misson to stay on til end of season... to assist & to inform the new "person", of whats been happening, and treatment plans already being applied. The history of actions applied. .

We have the core now regards competitors inside . We need to change gamestyle and bring in runners end of season. The game has been changed on us. Did they ask us, or did they just ask Kennet and Hawthorn.? All of Roosy's former coached teams are struggling at this time because of '666'.

Stop looking at being an insiders club. Every-time things get tough, we look to past champs for help. This is because we as a club and supporters, are frightened to walk tall, and stand alone making our decisions. Do what Clarko does, and bring in good people from outside... otherwise, we will become even more an inbred Club. There are plenty of good assistants out there.

He is one of the players, we "needed" to lift for us this year... and he is ' too big', 'too heavy', and, IF we Were to do any good in Finals this year... WE needed him to be fit, and fired up... to be more in the game for much longer periods of games... Via fitness. This is why I've been driving him, all Off-season. Most of our senior players have become very fit... and do not carry too much weight on their frames. Tracca is not one of these. And it is high time, he became a much more trimmed down player. He is putting in a better effort, these past few games, because of the heat applied him. He is almost doing it begrudgingly, because it hurts. guess what... Pearls are made because of the creatures irritation. I want him at Melbournefc... but only IF Super-Fit. .

We don't want pick 1... but we need a top 5 pick, and some extra's. Look to trade/sell some prima-donna's... and bring in more speed to compliment out better Inside-Mid players. We need a quick-on-feet Inside-Mid, in the style of Dylan Shiel. We need a couple of elite centreline runners. And another running-back, to aid Salem's work. Clear the decks of any Slugs.

Delay Lever... delay May, and get him started on a major fitness regime`... Now.! Start playing kids with some speed... and rotate them every 2 games... and do not allow them to get false big heads. Don't start, playing last years footy from now on... or we will lose out again, and get no-where. We are low on ladder... do not put up politically-correct wins, now 2019 is shot. Hit this years draft & trade period, 'running'... we need some top-line running skilled kids. No trading out of our better draft picks. Look to trade-out for needs...anyone who is not an elite-runner, and committed to being elite-fitness.

I typed out a long reponse and sent it about an hour ago and it would not transfer to demonalnd. as if the site was down or I wa blocked or something then all may demanland tabs were not connecting. I thought the site went down, then I noticed my other tabs werr not updating. My phones battery ran out, and shut down at that time of sending.
