Bluey, if you believe that Racing promotes the "mistreatment of animals" why do you still remain part of the MRC. Also I would suggest you attend an AGM or other function whereby you are able to have a discussion with a Board member and become fully aware of the amount of work that they do. With regard to Peter Jackson, I was told by a "Senior" Board member that PJ remains a "Melbourne person". What he thinks of the current situation at Caulfield is anther matter but the whole exercise was always going to be a difficult ask only to be made even more difficult with our current State Government's empty coffers. The Board are however looking at other funding means.

I got a farm, everybody gets a farm (and a ute)!!

I am one of Clarrie's greatest supporters. However knowing the extra care that was given to him not only by the Club but by specific players, I am just disappointed that he said what he said. I would have hoped that he may have shown a new found maturity and not blown the Club out of the water unlike Spargo who did not leave with burning bridges behind him. I sincerely hope that he finds an answer to his mental demons, that he regains his previous skills and goes on to have a fulfilling career and life.

Vastly different to Charlie Spargo's comments about his former Club. Spargo was all class. Unfortunately Clarrie has not just let the Club down including those players who were trying to support him but he has let himself down as well. It is all very sad and I don't think will end well.
