Our team plays structurally. So if Hawkins plays deep, may will take him. Cameron roams up the ground then petty might take him, Smith on rohan seems likely as GR likes to play leading at the ball carrier from the goal square. That leaves Bowey on Miers, lever floating and Salem doing his usual thing..
-
Goalkicking accuracy is keeping the dogs in front. We need to do better!
-
Seriously who cares about this? It's almost as if some pple are seeking validation...
-
OK missed that! Can see him being used on Rohan in any case, Can run, is string enough and can stop him marking
-
He had a better game than Jordon last week. Jordon liked tired
-
Errrr he was playing Mays role... hence the heat map in the goal sq
-
Then surely this applies to vaccinated ppl as well that might be infectious?
-
Why not just a negative test? Vaccinated people can still get the virus and still transmit the virus. There's no logic in not letting in unvaccinated people who test negative.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KYSAIAH KROPINYERI PICKETT
jnrmac replied to olisik's topic in Melbourne Demons
Pickett likes to crash bodies. That's something Garlett never had and he had even less of it in the latter part of his career. It is what could make him an extraordinary player, someday Pickett is still learning and you would think comfortably surpass Garlett pretty soon. Garlett kicked around 380 goals in 2 terrible teams and that is impressive by anyones standards. -
He could try running in a straight line, ensuring his kicking leg stays in a straight line AND leaning forward as well. That's 86.4% of his problem kicking for goal.
-
I thought he was joking with that comment altho there couldn't be too many more players that have kicked 3 goals in less time. Not sure they would have the stats for that going back very far... 1m 26s left is the very definition of junk time goals!

I watched Seedsmans game quite a bit. He was always the spare (and loose) man behind the stoppage. We chose not to man him him up. He also spent a lot of time on the outer wing with Langdon. Nearly every bounce he started there..
-
He kicked the last 3 goals in the last 1min 26 seconds of the game. Quite a feat
-
Fritta Jackson Petracca Gawn Salem Langdon (would have been higher bu he played on Seedsman for much of the game)
-
A lot of clearances but dropped about 12 marks.
-
I thought Smith played himself into the game well. Went off with cramp for quite a bit of the 3rd qtr so I think that upset the balance a bit of the backline. May is critical as we know.
-
I liked Sparrow's game. Spent a lot of time midfield. Turned it over a few times but he's tough and always seemed to be where the action is. A lot of his touches were under pressure and I think he will develop nicely

Disgraceful brain fade from an ex Captain and leader.
-
Did you miss Gold Coast last week? 98 points?
-
I would have expected Weideman after 6 years to be at the stage Jackson is now. Jackson is a special talent.
-
Adelaide's first 7 goals from our turnovers. Pretty untidy that. Twice we let them get back to a 3pt margin but in the end we did what we needed to do including some junk time goals for a change

You can have your view but don't misrepresent what I say. You sound like the MIss Universe pageant where they all wish for world peace. Great sentiment but real life is tougher than that. I happen to think resilience is also a big part of this. Its not going away sadly. We have to teach him to deal with this as well as do everything we can to call it out. Life has a lot of hurdles and much if it isn't pretty. So yeah you can sing Kumbayah too. It's horrible that he has to deal with it but I think our support is helping to teach him resilience as well.

Solid 10 possessions...

Jordon has been poor
-
Melksham brainless And now they have a shot in goal
