I'm a bit in the 'who cares' camp. Its a number. Just want Jack to continue getting better.

Oh one other thing - they all have a low ball drop. One of my pet peeves is players that drop the ball from waist high a la Cam Bruce. All these guys have a low drop and seem very accurate with their kicking. God know we need that.....

Had a look at the highlights packages (well done to the club for getting them up so swiftly). Things I observed and some common themes: All players are clean with their hands, good tacklers, good disposal and line breakers. They all look solid (except for Toumpas) and 'ready to play'. Add in the leadership qualities and big game credentials and I would say we have recruited very well indeed.

Gotta congratulate the club on getting highlights up on the website and info on Twitter in quick time. Highlights look good!

The AFL havent yet agreed to the Crows forfeiture. They might lose the first two picks next year as well. IN which case Adelaide's move is one of damage limitation. ie lose 2 + 2 rather than 4 next year. Given they have çrouch it won't hurst as much

The Commission has to approve it. AA can only recommend it. Maybe the Crows are playing it smart. If they kept their picks this year they might lose 4 rounds next year. So by giving up their picks this year they can still participate this year and next albeit at higher draft pick levels. Its better than missing a whole draft in 2013.
