Clarkson assistant coaches record
Not bad? Wow you're a hard marker. Clarko will go down as the best coach from the last 50 years. And his apprentices will likely have strong success as well.

Finals Week 3
It's totally financial. You are completely wrong there. When the expansion plan was formed 60% of the advertising dollars in Australia came from NSW and Southern Queensland. AFL was under 'attack' from Rugby League (post the NewsCorp Super League massive spend) and soccer. In 2008 (when the expansion plan was formulated) 20 of the top 25 rated sports programs (ie: most viewers) were Rugby League (barring the Olympics) or thereabouts. Rugby League doesn't draw big crowds but is huge on TV. The AFL was totally driven by expanding to provide more product so they could sell bigger braodcast deals and generate more ad revenue.

Jack Watts - let’s get him back
Ha ha what a joke. He came 21st in the B&F at his first year at Port. He's a superstar. But a true measurement by his club over a prolonged period and you choose to ignore the results. You are Jack Watts.

Farewell Sam Frost
True but he would still have a huge load of suitors. Has shown he can do it on the big stage. And players like that fully developed cost $1m pa

Jack Watts - let’s get him back
Plenty of other better duds to choose from if you really want a dud. No from me. This is definite trolling here. JW's B&F finishes from 2018. What a gun. The answer to our prayers. 21st 21st 5th 18th 10th 11th 16th 12th 25th And after he finished 5th and gave the speech where he said 'I'm usually sitting down there [censored], I need to do better' he came back out of shape and was promptly dropped for the JLT games. Football fraud.

AVB on Overcoming Injury
This. Hard to get excited. I admire his perseverance though.

Jack Watts - let’s get him back
You're really trolling with this garbage. You want to trade for a dud that came 21st in Ports best and Fairest in 2018?

Holy cow. Are looking for a tattoo on your forehead? And do you really think in 2017 we "probably" should have made finals? When we had to beat Collingwood in the last round (who were 13th) and yet we couldn't even lay a tackle inside the first 15 minutes. I'm renaming you Neville Chamberlain, the appeaser. And when you exhort people to have "faith" the evidence would strongly suggest that it is somewhat futile. We won 5 games this year, 3 under 1 goal! What are you pinning your faith on exactly?

That'll fix things. You must be another pea-heart that is happy to accept mediocrity year after year

A Sit Down with the Coach
The fact the players are clueless and nervous with ball in hand is entirely coaching. They have no idea what to do and are like deer in the headlights. Simpletons like your goodself can blame injuries or preseason or 6,6,6, or the draw or pressure of expectations or any number of other excuses. But that's exactly what they are. Excuses. We are supposedly a professional sporting club that has made finals once in 12 years. In a comp where 8 out of 18 make finals. It's laughable, and particularly so to claim that expectations were too high. I think I have worked out your are Simon Goodwin. A question for you Simon. If things are so good with the coaching panel in 2019 why has every single position other than your own, changed?

Good to see they acknowledge the disaster that is 2019. The key is what they do about it. We have been fed platitudes for 13 years and you could probably print the same letter for 10 of those 13 years. We've heard it all before. They're lucky the club has any supporters left. Just fix the **** mess. Demand better from everyone involved.

A Sit Down with the Coach
Gee that ruins your narrative doesn't it. It was clearly coaching in 2018 when they changed the game style after the debacle that was the Sydney game in rd 20. As acknowledged by me and others. Its clearly coaching in 2019. He has botched it and is trying to blame everybody else. Muppets like you haven't got a clue. Thanks for proving me right. play again soon.

A Sit Down with the Coach
Geez its everybody else's fault isnt it Simon? No wonder they have cleaned out the coaching ranks. All will be sweet in 2020. My God what a train wreck.

Rawlings: No Runners Cost Dees
Well well well. Color me shocked. No on field leadership. Complete shambles in the coaching ranks, Is it any surprise the Dees finished 17th. And there'll still be some muppets saying it was all pre-season injuries

"If you can't kick, you don't play"
Jetta fires long low bullets. A joy to watch. Davey from memory was much shorter but yes, very accurate The only one that we have to match Jetta would be Melksham.

"If you can't kick, you don't play"
This would be a coaching issue. And the reason we have cleaned out the coaching ranks.

"If you can't kick, you don't play"
There are numerous poor aspects to our game plan, players skills and player positioning that the coaches don't appear to be able to identify - or at least be able to rectify. Playing Jones & Lewis on the wings is one (and Tyson last year), Fritsch down back. Allowing opposition teams to chip the ball and play keepings off against us is another. Not sure why you are so confident they know what the issues are.
