I know we're going around in circles here - We've brought in Garlett & H and hopefully Frost Frawley is a better KPP then frost no doubt But how do you equate the summary when of the two we've lost one bascially didn't play for us and wouldn't have ever again. Frawley for Frost is like for like - Frawley is clearly more developed but Frost, T Mac, Garland, Dunn, Jetta and mids would be a sold back like Some FA picks Frost (clearly counted already but we don't have him yet...) a mid or 2 like Robinson or Lyons Plus some real good young talent from the draft (Petracca and Brayshaw would be a dream come true) And there is enough there with some natural improvement of the squad to say we could win more then 4 games in 2015. Its not all bad Are we assuming rival clubs are dying to give away quality players? Is that why there is disappointment?

Gwilt signed with Essendon??? Would like Lyons as a Delisted FA Petracca and Brayshaw in the draft Suddenly it's been a good offseason

I said this in another thread and I'll say it here Even if we don't pick up an A grader (which everyone is hoping for) I dont' think it has been a bad trade period for the Dees We've replaced what we've lost, picked up some speed and hoepfully we can net some talent with our picks and also FAs Delisted FAs still available (Please correct if wrong) Mitch Robinson Jarrod Lyons Both could be picked up as Delisted FAs Plus you add 2 top mids in this years draft - and hopefully Frost in the preseason draft and the list development - there should be improvement in 2015 Trust Roos and Co ppl - no shortcuts needed ppl

Not meaning to offend anyone but lets stop the whinging and look at the positives Clark was never going to play for the Dees again (retirement or whatever) and he has massive risks attached with him not playing for pretty much 2 years... A lot like Trengove Frawley [censored] orf and as we know wasn't a backman for 2014 anyway - yes a big loss but we'll wait and see picking up Frost will be a big bonus So we've picked up Harry and Garlett (to date) lost 1 bloke who was never going to play for us again and a KPP. But hopefully we pick up a KPP (Frost) a rebounding back man and a decent crumbing forward with great speed. Also we have picks 2 & 3 which could net us the two best mids in the draft. Mich Robinson and Jarrod Lyons as far as I'm aware could be picked up as delisted FAs Its not the end of the world people - trade week isnt' the end of the off-season changes - Relax and trust Roos and Co

Fk I love the trade period... The bigger clubs hold out and act like c#$%s while the little clubs who do the right thing get screwd. Although I am excited for jpk surely pick 2&3 net more then just jpk. The sans first rd pick has to be involved as well

Unless we have another 'buyer' already down the track for another player - We won't get another trade done to get the picks needed... it's too late I reckon In saying that I find it hard to believe (like Danger) Kennedy would want to come to the Dees so I am pretty sceptical of this news... Love it though Ryan Dee - if it comes true (21hrs and counting haha) you will be our new god (well u and Kennedy)

I like your thinking, but chances are Clark will just retire again Its not the best scenario as when he was up and running he was our best player and no doubt top 30 material. But fact is he hasn't played in 2 years and could leave for nothing. A break even trade with Harry O isn't ideal but it's better then nothing

With the Beams trade winding up and Clark being traded out so late in the trade period it's pretty clear there isn't anything else in the works IF there is it surely has to be a long way down the track and we'd probably heard about it by now. I am expecting we'll go the draft with picks 2 & 3. Harry O, Garlett and hopefully Frost in. Trenners is bloody sad news but I am kind of glad he wasn't traded (sad about the injury) and hope he can make a full recovery. If we can get Petracca and Brayshaw best case it should set the Dees up nicely in the futuer. Not as quick as Roos planned but not the worst result
