Now he’s fit, I’d play him every week. He’s proven capable forward and back, and could be good wingmen also IMO

Every laying into Garlett - he’s kicked three goals and setup another. He’s never perfect and misses some opportunities, but he’s one of the most efficient and productive forwards going around. He’s always creating opportunities and hitting the scoreboard. He’s the most proven goal kicker we’ve had in a decade. Just enjoy him!

Well now there’s a quick easy answer to the question ‘Who’s the biggest wasted talent?’ when it repeatedly gets asked on footy forums! He won a flag and made a bit of money. Good on him and best of luck to him.

Olivers kicking is essentially Moloney Mach 2 this year. He just throws it on the boot in hope something happens. While he’s racked up big numbers, his impact on games is definitely down. He used to be an effective kick, but that part of his game is off this year. Hopefully he learns to steady for a second longer to asses his options. As a team in general this year our kicking has been diabolical.

11 changes from that side to what will likely be named this weekend. That’s a huge change in the span of 9 games for a team that should be successful and stable. No wonder we’re performing poorly this year with that sort of change and instability.

We’re not playing finals this year. Our percentage is so far back that even if we chain some winning streaks together, we won’t make it. Should’ve learnt the lesson around percentage after the way our 2017 season ended missing finals by 0.5%. Instead we rolled over against Geelong and blew our season in round 2. Still hoping for a few good wins this year, but it’s unarguably a wasted year.
