  1. gah, this is why i don't rate tomlinson - he just got out-marked 1:1 by a bloke about 20cm smaller and 15kg lighter than him his body positioning under the high ball is routinely dreadful
  2. fullarton again super competitive at ground level after the ruck contest, pup brown lasers it to peter i50... miss great defensive pressure on the inbound and laurie with another bill has a lot of 'too good for vfl; not quite good enough for afl' about him
  3. bailey laurie with a checkside goal from the boundary he looks so composed at vfl level compared to the higher grade slower quality of game i guess
  4. ben brown marks everything but they transition it from his kick that fell just short with zero pressure on the ball carrier for a soda of a goal at this stage he'd by heading to perth next week for mine
  5. petty >>> fullarton
  6. pretty impressive first half from howes, sideshow bob, fullarton in particular laurie, pup brown, billings, and tomlinson to a lesser extent
  7. sestan's hands around stoppages are lightning quick get an afl level of fitness and he'll make it
  8. sensational sideshow bob intercept sees charlie peters benefit with a goal brilliant stuff
  9. for someone so slight pup brown is a junkyard dog tackler big fan
  10. fullarton has 1 hit out...but leads all comers with 5 clearances
  11. no, js29 and his dad's... everybody in favour of #29 being a father-son in 2025 say aye? aye fullarton is using his body smartly in the centre square currently, earns a free, and sideshow bob marks it at the top of his reach, lines up for goal beyond the centre square...and passes to hunter comedic
  12. sloppy defensive work and another goal for jayden davey
  13. noah yze is a good size and his tackling intensity is terrific
  14. jack jedwab goals for them what a name
  15. fullarton bounced off bryan like a twig in the centre contest after jaidyn davey got a goal for them
  16. he's been out for 6-8 weeks and returned in 3 before the man is a machine
  17. as iconic as the don fist in the air photo following the shooting this morn that it won't let me embed here so we can 'compare the pair' probably for the best...
  18. i think they should be paid significantly more than part-timers incentivise the job, and hold them to account
  19. best of both worlds - fullarton and / or verrall are both superb today AND gawn trains fully this coming week
  20. love the enthusiasm personally i think it's sydney vs the field they're as dominant as puddy tatts in 2022 and us in 2021 if they have a clean run with injury for the remainder of the year, i struggle to see anyone beating them anywhere, anytime, anyhow...but it's a funny ol' game, football... if gc17 win today that's 2 wins separating 2nd and 13th season is crazy even
  21. when they're not professional it's very hard to hold them to account having four on field has made it even more of a farce - four individual decision makers officiating the one game is absolutely absurd i couldn't believe it when i heard it, but recently i think it was mcburney who confirmed that there's only three actually 'officiating' at any time and the fourth in the 'end zone' is effectively on a break during the time they're positioned significantly outside the play it's a joke and the afl refuses to do anything about it cos, of course, it would cost money and there's only one thing that the afl hates more than bad publicity, and that's spending money
  22. genius? doubt it greatest coach we've had since norm smith? undoubtedly
  23. paint it red and blue
  24. can't believe the peptides didn't go with goldstein over draper such a better footballer
