taj woewodin sounds like a prospect we have serious eyes on, as does kalani white some further years down the line very interesting that they're focusing on bowey being a defender straight away; we clearly have a position becoming available in the coming years for a small defender who can hit targets by foot and execute the switch

all the speculation in the lead-up to the draft had us grabbing max holmes; how serious was our interest in him and what was your reaction when geelong made the trade to bring him in and - theoretically - gazzump us by taking him?- 20 Minute Quarters & 1st 6 Matches TBA
but...but.....i thought the afl was in charge of fixturing?!??- 20 Minute Quarters & 1st 6 Matches TBA
aren't we due to get both anzac eve and qb? other big ones in the first six rounds would be: carlton v richmond (opening game of opening round) the filth v footscray (first friday nite) geelong v hawthorn (easter monday - i think they share the gate?)- Projected Best 22's 2021
obviously predicted best 22, 2021 is very different to round 1, 2021 because, for instance, if brayshaw is not even going to be resuming training til february then there's no way i can see him being ready to go at the start of the season i am hopeful that at least one of the kids we've picked up - probably either bowey or laurie - will be a debutant and be able to play at senior level immediately we have traditionally played a 7-man defence under goodwin with a wing pushing back to cover defensively - will that continue in 2021?- 2020 AFL Draft
Bailey Laurie- 2020 AFL Draft
Jake Bowey - midget!- 2020 AFL Draft
Drew Banfield from meth coke- 2020 Phantom Drafts & Rankings
chad wingard did the same thing in order to be picked up by the pear now look at him; will be based in dingley in the not too distant future- Mark Williams New Head of Development
i worked with choc for a bit a decade or so ago he is a brilliant football mind and an absolutely wildly unpredictable personality- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CLAYTON OLIVER
when things are glum there's worse to come!- Farewell Josh Mahoney
good luck to him not surprised that he's gone- New Head of Strength & Conditioning
me either since he really took over coaching in 2016, the amount of times where we've flung players around to try and wrest back momentum has been almost discombobulating it's not always been through his own choosing either - he had to manage significant injuries to key personnel such as gawn (2017), hogan (2016 and 2018), lever (2018), viney (2018), too many to mention (2019) etc etc to various degrees of success if anything, the thing that actually defines really successful sides is, more often than not, a settled line-up and a strong core and game plan where the execution of such is expected and result follow on accordingly- 2020 Delisted Free Agents
they've already said it's more about adding experience and depth to their sanfl ranks as much as anything, and giving them some extra coverage in defence to help teach the young 'ns they've got in there it wouldn't surprise me at all if he ends up playing senior games in 2021 - from all reports, he's one of those players who works super hard on the track - Demonland Podcast featuring Jason Taylor LIVE Tuesday 15th December @ 8:30pm
