Angus Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2028
next cba should be negotiated shortly which will see a fair few players wait and see what their value is in market as contracts straddle the current agreement and then the next one he's a restricted free agent so it's hard to see us losing him for diddly squat if he does choose to leave

Harry Petty Out for 4-6 Weeks
that's a bummer; sounds like a pretty unusual injury? thank goodness we seem to have depth at this point in time
-
2022 Champion Data Rankings
40 game rolling average so it would encompass a lot of his last season (or two, given injuries) at gw$ as well
- Sam Walsh - syndesmosis injury
-
2022 Champion Data Rankings
play a chip-chip-chip game with plenty of high possession, high mark ball usage = more champion data points = higher rating arbitrary and meaningless in the grand scheme of things

GAMEDAY: AFLW Rd 06 vs GWS Giants
if the individual game stream doesn't work, go to 'live channels' and click the 'fox footy' button something definitely gone skew-whiff in their individual game stream set-up today; must've been pointing to the wrong feed

What Happened to State of Origin?
if nic nat qualifies for the allies by dint of being born in fiji, then so too does gawn, being a kiwi

Casey Demons 2022
the afl will ALWAYS be governed by the filthy lucre the men's competition has maintained strength despite a global pandemic and the women's competition has grown from it's base during the same time period both are very, very healthy
-
Casey Demons 2022
as a member, no way - aflw is the top tier competition, afl reserves is important but clearly secondary to the expansion and promotion of the women's league both should exist imo

Part 5: Dees top 100 of the past 50 years – (the top 20)
good summer read that has engendered debate think he's remained bitter at the dees as we only 'got good' after he left
-
Farewell Luke Jackson
if he wants to leave, he wants to leave not like we'll be getting a spare packet of chips for him by the end of the 2022 season he could be a two-time premiership player
-
The Kalani White Thread
just an extra layer of subterfuge
-
Part 4: Dees top 100 of the past 50 years 21-40
love the debate but boy o boy these rankings and my own... MILES apart which is, of course, half the fun 😈
-
Dees Primed for Repeated Glory
season opener is still 2 months away, so a bit of water to go under the bridge just yet...
-
Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
normally we'd be saying 'he'll debut in round 1' these days it's a case of 'will he make the casey 1sts given our depth?' 😈
-
The golden premiership AFL logo
nope, let's wear it proudly as the reigning premiers
-
Round 1 Vs Dogs at Whitten Oval
I'm presuming they're injured too Decent side regardless
-
Weid Hits the Ground Running
that's ryan '2015 premiership player' schoenmakers, and a great comparison 12 years on an afl list - 121 games, 51 goals, 1 premiership, 1 acl, 1 achilles not a bad career at all

BEST 44 OF EVERY CLUB
fixed 😈 can't see laird playing anywhere but midfield - he was their best and fairest winner as a mid in 2021 i think it's more likely they'll re-tool sloane into a different role, a la the peppies sending heppell to the back flank to clear space for zerrett and ellen to do their thing as their 1-2 mids
-
BEST 44 OF EVERY CLUB
didn't get past first line as laird is a midfielder for the crows, not a defender anymore
