if he's a monty pick 1 selection, surefire raging favourite to go there - absolutely! but he's not, and we won't, so it seems like an irrelevant thing to worry about as up thread said, we're going to get a competent afl-list level second / third round selection from a father-son happy days

personally i'd prefer if he was an elite talent and we could be confident in picking a father-son who was a class above players his own age he doesn't sound like he's quite that but he's not exactly sounding like a player who won't be on an afl list in 2024
