Absolute joke, and sadly my paranoia predicted it'd be us that cops it first. We've finally got some tackling brutes, and can't use them. I'm so [censored] off about this rule.

We should rest Gawn, Hoges and Salem for the Dogs

Doesn't bother me either way. He frustrates me.

You're in the guts, you handball a lot. Viney started the same way. -

He wasn't an average handball at all. And how about people compare whomever they want and you stick to ranting and raving and capslock. -

Saturday Talking Point: Game Day 27/2/16
Deestroy All replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
lol this thread. I was was happy with the hit out. We're really cementing our game plan of starting games like bags of [censored], before settling in and having a go. It's not frustrating at all and really has a positive effect on my blood pressure. I didn't notice much, if any change to our style of game. Looked much like last year, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Looks like Gawn and Viney will just improve what we've been doing with their own improvement. Oliver has it. Moves through the ball powerfully, seems to have time and options. Doesn't imagine that he does, like Tyson seems to. I love Dean Kent, throws his weight around. Kent and Kennedy additions will only make Garlett better and opposition defences worried. I'm not sure how Clint Biz managed to keep posting after vnDnbrg kicked that checkside goal. -
?????? Who says Hogan won't be our Pav?

Makes perfect sense.

You've become a bitter old man way too early, Stak. Cheer up mate, we haven't even lost a game yet. -
Hogan will still be taller, and Carlton supporters won't believe it.
-
In a few years he should spend a year in the midfield, just to beat the distant 2nd, Cripps, in the Brownlow.

Maybe it's their sense of humour we should worry about. -
It's true. A few people in the know assure me that Barrett is a fwit.
-
Absolute BS.

He did it playing cricket. I knew before it was reported. They can spin it like a frisbee all they like. I'd believe the frisbee story if I don't know otherwise though. I once had a staffy cross that jumped up at my hand as I threw a frisbee once, my hand didn't quite break, but my frisbee throwing confidence did.

Frisbee, cricket... same thing...

Wasn't he putting up happy snaps with his teammates and taking potshots at Damian Barrett (wins a point for that) when Barrett was reporting that McCarthy wanted out? Depression or not, perhaps if he was more honest and stern about the whole situation back then he would've got his wish.
