I'd honestly rather Oscar back in than sending him to defence. Yeah he made a nice lead back to the square and goaled but I don't think this performance was any better than last weeks. Not through a lack of trying though.
  2. Yeah I gotta jump on board here as well he is getting better each week. Doesn't need 20 possessions to make an impact and makes timely interventions. With the ball in the air he goes straight at it regardless of what is coming. Bravo sir
  3. I'm ok with Garry, does he really need to become a bathwater drinker?
  4. There's no doubt the ball should have come back even if it was a free kick.
  5. Crazy finish, think Freo are right to be aggrieved at that last free kick. My Collingwood supporting dad back to his old tricks again comparing the 'injustice' to the 2018 Grand final. I mean give me a spell really.
  6. Yeah I liked them all but I thought Jones made some real important contributions at times.
  7. Excellent performance, a real 4 quarter effort and our pressure did not let up. Every time we were challenged we responded. Getting some silly comments from Pies fans saying we just beat their VFL side but they've been well and truly told to get stuffed. I also watched with my Pies fan dear old dad who left the room before half time! Oliver is just off the charts at the moment and he's hunting with even more vigour if that was even possible. Brayshaw was fantastic and that was easily Langdon's best game for the club. His upside and what he brings to the table more than outweighs his lack of kicking ability. Trac started slow but really worked his way into the game and that goal was very telling is the kind of player he was become. Back line sensational, May was everywhere again and super focused as always, even late in the game when Elliot ran around and skied it he was there to see it over the line. Lever was off but I'm confident he'll be back, I'm loving the way Hibbo goes about it right now he'd be a nightmare to play against. Spargo was good when the game was in the balance, I know he went quiet in the second half but this period where he kicked 3 was crucial and his second efforts were amazing. Apart from this it was a supreme team effort. Preuss more than held his own against Grundy very proud of his effort. Was great to see we didn't have to smash the contested ball to win a game and we were all over them in uncontested ball early, the work rate to spread and get to the outside was encouraging and must be the standard. Bring on the Dogs!

  9. One HELL of a performance. How good is smashing the Pies!
  10. How many teams have kicked triple figures this year?
  11. That's it drain the rest of the quarter
  12. First mistake our backline has made for a while
  13. Gee Vanders is a tough customer
  14. For a guy who can't kick that action was nice
  15. Rain is coming. Thank you very much
  16. Feels like a long way to go, keep the foot on
  17. Have to say great quarter. Took everything Collingwood had to throw at us and responded each time. Still a few players that can lift but I'll take this.
