I'm just gonna say this. If we are going to be a side that uses handball relentlessly, can we please learn the art of executing a proper handball? Would that be even slightly too much to ask? Its getting trite seeing possible attacks snuffed out because of an errant finger flick to someone's shoelaces.

Really has been shades of he past today. Guess it will take a while to lose that tag.

I'm with Gorgoroth on the anger getting worse. I'm certainly not getting used to this kind of crap happening. Today is the first time in years that I actually turned it off. When will it ever change? When will the gap between our best and worst be shortened and not be some massive Grand Canyon? Damage control, ever heard of it Melbourne? When a team is getting a run on you look to slow things down. Wasn't that the whole point of employing a guy for 3 years on bloody good money for? To learn this? And to use it when we darn well needed it? I will be back next week. Of course I will, I'm not married, I don't have kids, I don't have a house of my own which I can just go out into the backyard and do some work on. This is my life. That 10 mins of good footy was what I work 45-50 hours a week for. Damn MFC give us some hope!

When all is said and done it would be great to have an improvement.

Tackling generally has been good all season but the last few weeks have been shakey. They really need to stick more. Agree with always having a dink and dunk handball off to someone and it kills us every time

Yeah pretty disappointed still. So much at stake, that lost cost us big time. Came at a massive cost losing Hogan as well. It's was so clear we wear the playing well enough to win. In simple terms it looked like we were just riding our luck a bit and hoping we would limp over the line. I hate expectation, especially with this club. I honestly expected us to run over the top of them by 3 goals plus but the longer that clock ran down the worse the feeling in my stomach got. We have not changed, yet. Psychological issues like this can't change overnight. This 'streak' has become an absolute joke. I don't know if any other team in the comp can boast a losing streak against someone like this. It's becoming a circus and I don't expect anyone else to take us seriously when we still have rubbish like this in our bio. On top of that, we just lost to a bottom 4 team not once but twice. Laughable for a top 8 side. Carlton in 06 rings a bell and it cost us top 4 that year, will this cost us the 8? Hope like hell not.
