So I've been quite vocal on this thread on how I refuse to pay full price for Kayo this year and will only take up the odd deal if it comes along. In Feb I was offered by text message a $1 for one month offer, took it up and then cancelled. Last week I was fortunate enough to be offered this same deal. I took it up, the next thing I know $25.99 has been debited. I go onto the Web chat customer service and got the usual unhelpful customer service saying that I'd actually claimed a $20 off premium deal despite showing screenshots of the text I received. I tell them that I'm no longer happy to do this and I'd rather just cancel for a refund with no usage, they told me that there can not be refunds for change of mind. I tell them that it a this was not as much a change of mind as it was deceptive promotional behaviour and they said they will review it. I was well on the outs with Kayo but this has all but put a deadbolt in the coffin for the time being. It's not about the $25.99 it's that this slimey company is BSing around with bait and switch stuff and no responsibility for the text they actually sent me. Very annoying and if I can be bothered I'll do something about it because they probably do this a lot.

Not quite, but I see where you're coming from. I'm already so sick of the circus sideshow that game has become. Had we fallen over the line and won by a few points no-one would have mentioned that game again. Instead it caused a stupid unnecessary brownlow night discussion, is the punchline to every joke at our expense and the literal poster child of St Kilda's whole membership campaign this year. I definitely hope that it turns out to be a necessary change. I'm also looking forward to seeing what we have on offer.
