If a team is being thrashed, yes it crap but it is all over at half time-everybody just wants it to be over-Losing like yesterday is gut wrenching. Filth supporters may have been going nuts where you were but they were eerily quiet coming out of the MCC reserve, i'n not talking about the suits either. They were speecless.

i was up the other end mate so you probably saw it much better than me, but the excitement at the Ground was right up there. It was played like a final, & my collingwood mate said that to me!!!

i wouldn't right off Luke Ball's career just yet, he did play in a GF just over 6 months ago, but his kicking aint worth half a mill at the moment and J Mac in the PSD well i am proud to eat humble pie on that one. No he should be very proud with that effort-and yes we still need to improve to climb the ladder, but we now know that we can match a good side for 4 quarters. With a little more effort the MFC will win more games than we lose on that showing. But i know what you mean. Close enough is not good enough. I hope the team is proud but filthy on that result.
