Liam Jurrah - committal hearing in Alice Springs
daisycutter replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Umm, not guilty is not equal to "proven innocent" (even if he was in fact) in the court system -
One could say he was a bloody fool!

No need to do an imitation of Dr Who H. Edit: fat fingers

Yep od, the natives are certainly very restless Venting disappointment, outrage, sadness, annoyance, anger, frustration, indignation is quite understandable but it is interesting how many are so wound up about who/what is to blame and what the solutions are with so many problems I just find it hard to see the forest for the trees one thing though i think is that we have to give neeld et al some time simply out of pure reality some will do it out of faith or hope or even conviction he is the messiah. regardless, some time during the second half of next season, judgements will be made. if we have demonstrably made some improvements he will at least see out his contract period if not....i just hate to think of the repercussions one thing i hate is the excessive talk of premierships. obviously this is is the objective of all fans and all clubs. what though i want to see first is something you could call reasonably a "football team" and not a rabble. then i might start dreaming of flags

except the alleged victim in this case wants a 'tribal' law outcome not a civil compensation trial a spear in the leg rather than a bunch of dollars -
Nothing wrong with having an agenda. at least we know where you stand unlike those who just spin I just wish the effin club had some (any?) sort of agenda that I could relate to If the afl was a horse breeder we would be extinguished

The list - who goes at the end of the year?
daisycutter replied to Soidee's topic in Melbourne Demons
agree is hard. don't know how they will do it, too far out of the loop. would prefer cut 12 but don't think it feasible without huge exposure -

We could, but back on topic (for Rog's sake) I'd like to see 10 cut Recruit a mix of experienced players (hopefully possible) plus ready-to-play (or near-so) youngsters, no project players I'm neutral over Neeld but for me he has to show something by mid season 2013 Board has had problems but this is their last throw of the dice Alternatives are scarey -

Hmmmmm, I will have to rethink my understanding of the term 'agenda' - LOL -
LOL - something we all suspected "Human beings lie and are greedy - not lawyers." So, lawyers are not human. QED

Careful Biffo, you'll get your post deleted if you get too intellectual

Anyway it's very racist to assume that Bater is not indigenous. I'll wager no-one here knows if he is or he isn't
