on that we are in agreement we are yet to see what (if any) penalties the afl will give for a sling tackle that doesn't result (luckily) in injury, loss of play time or concussion. if they (genuinely) want to stamp out sling tackles then they need to go hard on ALL sling tackles regardless of outcome i won't be holding my breath (it will just be a replay of the "head is sacrosanct" farce)

A very, very dangerous tackle which can lead to concussion, broken neck or paralysis. this obviously is very different to the term used in wwe
