  1. There is a reason why players are ‘cheap’ or ‘depth’…..especially when they were high draft picks. We don’t need any more list cloggers.
  2. Exactly. How many times did we turn it over kicking back into the corridor? Why no Paxman in the middle instead of Mithen who has no strength? The game has changed Mick.
  3. ...and don't our players know it. They have friends who they played with, who are now at other clubs, so they know exactly what others have and we don't. They will have seen for themselves with just a short trip across the road to Collngwood or to Tullarmarine, or to Whitten oval or to Carlton, or know what Hawthorn are building at Dingley.
  4. Good to see his turnovers improved......Oh yeah! Can't kick 40m. Wouldn't have played in the last rounds if Windsor was available.
  5. It gets shut down during the Australian open, at the peak of the pre season. No closed sessions can be run at Goschs for tactical drills. We don’t have an indoor facility at AAMI like every other club in the competition, and the one at Casey was built for VFL-AFLW, and is still only half the size of what others have.
  6. …..and then back again. At least 2 hours each time that could be spent in further training or enjoying life instead of sitting on the Monash freeway car park.
  7. Thanks...missed that one, but we still won the "lost members" premiership by a long margin..... ...and all manner of membership types are counted. e.g I count for 3 memberships with AFLW, MCC and Tridents but there is still only 1 me. Truth is we only have about 40K real live bodies who are eligible to vote
  8. Most importantly we lost 5,306 members. Only 3 other clubs lost members in 2024. Richmond with 2,860, Essendon with 2,610 and North with 456. Those numbers for us will drop again next year off the back of a 14th place. Asleep at the wheel is a good description of what has been going on behind the scenes.
  9. The fight is over the mounting yard and the grandstand ( demolish or not). It has nothing to do with the stables where we want to go.
  10. I was hoping for @Bitter but optimistic
  11. ...and as we can see from the dates included....The BOARD under Roffey has had NO strategic plan for the past 12 months, and we still have nothing today. No wonder the club has no idea where it is going and what it is doing.
  12. No it’s not. It is one of the best facilities in the league. And includes administration which we do not have with the second rate stuff that we have. And it is proof that’s a functioning Board can achieve in 10 years.
  13. ...and Hawthorn have been fundraising for this for the past couple of years. What have we been doing in preparation? Nothing. Imagine how much would have been contributed by our members post Premiership toward a future base fund.
  14. Is there any chance Zander could play in front?
  15. And if we can see from the outside that the setups are not effective, because of player placement, and which side of the opposition they are standing, then why couldn't McQualter? ...and that is what a midfield coach should be coaching, not just on matchday, so that no matter who is in the centre square or around the pack, they know where to stand and go. That wouldn't and didn't ever happen under Yze. And now he has to rebuild a midfield at Richmond because there is no Cotchin, Edwards, Martin and Baker to work with.
  16. One of the laziest players going around. Only looks good when he gets the ball out the back, because he won't chase, defend or be accountable for an opponent. Completely unfit after how many years on AFL lists?...tells you everything.
  17. Bribery with chips , pies and a day out with the Uncle worked for my nephews….providing they barracked for the Dees, as that was the only game we were going to go to.
  18. Harris, Zanker, Bannan doing nothing up forward. Thank heavens for Kate or we wouldn’t have scored.
  19. No ex-football players for President. Simples!
  20. Point 2 was only achieved after revaluing the Bentleigh club and Leighoak after holding (hiding) it on the books for a number of years without revaluation. It was an accounting profit only, and only as a result of Joe Gutnick getting them for us 20 years ago.
  21. Well done Mitch....but this just shows how far behind are the Melbourne listed players, many of whom had played most of the season at Casey.
  22. Probably one of the best players in the past 20 years at the club says he has problems with the club, and the President hasn't spoken to him or his family....... simply unbelievable!
  23. ...and everyone has forgotten Brayshaw from the list. ...although Kentfield theoretically replaces him, but is also OOC. And if we keep TMac and Melksham for another year, at the end of that year we already will see them go, and probably Fullarton, Billings and McAdam........5 gone at the end of 2025 already.
  24. Not only allowable under corporations law, but that same information has been given by everyone who buys a membership..... to the AFL and anyone they choose to pass it on to....it's not private any more.
