6 - Hore 5 - Hanks 4 - Chaplin 3 - Heath 2 - Fitzsimons 1 - Bannon. If she was a racehorse you'd definitely apply blinkers

Nearly as many inside the circle celebrating their first win as there are on the outside. Any win is a good win with that injury list. Won't change the trajectory of the season but we'll take whatever bright sparks we can find in this year from hell. In amongst the carnage, Maeve Chaplin is having some sort of season

2024. The gift that keeps on giving. Bloody hell.

Dimma didn't want Mabior Chol. He's gone alright since parting company with Hardwick. Twice.

Tough day to give votes but to keep the ball rolling : 6. BMac 5. Hanksy 4 Goldie 3. Chappy 2. Gabby 1. Paxy Thought Georgie Campbell had a decent crack & did some nice things but jeez, Loz Pearce has left some big boots to fill.

They've improved since she came on board. Coming off a very low base though. My daughters both reckon Rivers and Sparrow are much under utilised on our social media. I miss Gawn in 60 seconds

If you can tolerate the Andrews, Harris was on SEN this afternoon with Maher & Gaze. Topics covered include the shoulder injury, the Olympics trip, immediate future & an ambassadorial role she'd doing. She's a ripper.

I'll have what he's having

What ? Are you not salivating at the prospect of obtaining one of Jack Silvagni, who when he returns to full fitness will reclaim his status as the slowest player in the AFL. Or a couple of blokes that even their own supporters have to look up in the footy record in Krueger and... I've forgotten him already. Or the jewel in this crown , a bloke from Hawthorn who's just done an ACL to top off an already storied injury career. I suspect the mail room boys at Fox decided do some pranking when the newsroom staff buggered off for Friday lunch. To quote Bobby Davis, fair dinkum unbelievable

Not remotely interested. We already have one too many Bulldog has-beens on our list for my liking
-
Except Richmond are going full rebuild. I doubt a player of Trac's age would fit in with their strategy. Despite his attributes

I'm in. Trade Fence for Shazza ! -
There is some red & blue there Luci. My brother in law met him a couple of months ago on the plane from Sydney. He mentioned my mum was a Demons fan of many decades. So Hoges said meet me when we get off the plane and I'll record a message to her on your phone. Sure enough, my BiL gets off the plane and there is Jesse, away from the rest of the Giants, standing waiting for him. Part of the message to mum was "I still love the Dees and have some great friends there". So yeah , GWS for Jesse is my vote

We should let him take a set shot prior to the game. His run up should give fans plenty of time to express their thanks and appreciation.

Chris has been banging on about our lack of a "first rover" all season. Which kinda gives you an idea of where he's at. And his tortured mispronunciation of our players names is something to behold. If he didn't follow my club I'd think he was bloody hysterical. But he does. I also think he mentioned not renewing his membership should major upheaval not take place in the off season so Chris, while probably a lovely old fella, can G&GF.
-
That kinda rings a bell but he's had the backline for a long time now. Don't think he was Stafford's immediate predecessor as forwards coach
-
Chaplin backs Yze mids Stafford forwards & rucks I believe Stafford got the forwards gig added to his ruck responsibilities in either 20 or 21 when footy departments were slashed as the league adjusted to the impacts of covid on costs & revenues. Can't remember who ran the forwards prior to that
