I certainly wouldn’t boo Elliott, I am already over him. I think I have only ever booed one player, in the year he left us for GWS and who is now at the Hawks. As you know I don’t speak his name. I booed him in his first game against us like many others did and then just ignored him. Will never regard him as a Dees player and probably neither does he.

We have clearly made our decision on Frost. I think we will look at other small forwards or ball carriers like Murray. I still think we need another key forward if only for a couple of years while we improve Weid and find another to help him and Tom. I am starting to think about Jenkins who can play that second ruck role and is big and mobile and can kick straight. He might be ok for a year or two to help out. Of course if something better is available, forget him.

This would send DL into meltdown. Frost cleared to Hawks tomorrow at 9.05am and nothing happens for players reportedly coming to us for a few days.

He is touring Lions facilities today.

Our problem is not Oscar and he will not be our worst player next year. He is not a turnover merchant. Personally I think he will have an improved year. Love to see him put on 5kgs of muscle.

Darwin gone. On a side note, Lions brought in 4 players in last couple of years who finished top 10 in B & F and 2 last year who won and finished 4th. Good recruiting.
