I am with you on Kozzie staying Ghostie and am not concerned at this stage. Besides everything you have said above and previously, I will add a few more factors. It was said he is friends with Walters who is now 34 and unlikely to be a Docker next year. His cousin Roy will hopefully be on our list soon and they are apparently close. He has mates in AMW, Mentha, May and McAdam at the Dees plus Wrecker Whelan as a mentor. The rumours are only about Freo and not the Eagles, so is that really homesickness? He is contracted for 3 years. Are all his family, his partner, sister in law and sister all homesick, as it would appear a lot of people would have to move to see him playing interstate. Also leaving Roy who has come across possibly to play with him. I am moving on to the next topic.

Agree, but he is probably not playing senior footy for us this season, as he is behind too many, who are well ahead of him. So he can develop and get fit at Casey. No biggy.

Not really a conspiracy theory when it’s in the media and Geelong players are commenting on it publicly. PS: Geelong also have a lot of exposed form in this area, getting other clubs’ star players and generally on very favourable terms. Don’t think it will matter too much, as Luker was probably not looking at a senior game this year. When ready, he can continue to develop and build fitness.

He needs this season at Casey to develop and build fitness.

If he wanted to return home, a deal would be done. With JVR, Disco, Jeffo, AJ, Fullarton, Petty, Fritta and probably Verrall as well, all ahead of him, he may have taken a pragmatic view and seen no future with us. Then again we could have instigated a discussion and he was agreeable. We will find out the position soon enough, but given Ghosty and Slarti's vibes with him not training, nor attending a photo shoot or player's lunch, it is a very strong possibility.
