Rare first names for the draftees.
Alex Neal-Bullen is worth including because the Late Danny Frawley when commentating thought his 1st name was Neal and last name was Bullen.

Tasmanian Team
A lesson from the hub might be that you do not need to be home then away during the season. If Tassie home games were scheduled mainly in the 1st half of the year it would be a much warmer propostition. And also if the Qld and WA home games were in mainly in June/July/August it would escape the blistering March and April weather. Not sure if it is feasible but we have seen stranger things happen. And we have also seen "home" games in far away locales. It is good having the MCG where we get four seasons in one day.

2020 Player Reviews: #13 Clayton Oliver
Disposal by hand 2nd to none. Id like to know if his higher kicking average this year has meant he got tackled more.

2020 Player Reviews: #12 Toby Bedford

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BEN BROWN
Has he had a fitness test? Or did he hop on the other (good) leg to show his knee is ok? As the story went with Kelvin Templeton...

Farewell Oscar McDonald
I think he will probably be a bargain wherever he goes. IMO the best out-of-contract player we have. Just isnt working for him at present. At 196cm and 24(?) yrs old, his best is in front of him, but still may be a year off. I expect him to be in the ones at Adelaide and pushing into top 25 if at Pies. He is friends with Darcy Moore already and they may work together well.

Trade Harmes?
Id rather keep Harmes than Melksham. I expect Melk costs more too.

2020 Brownlow Medal
Toby Greene $151

Brody Mihocek
I really believe he would be a very good fit in our forward line. 27 turning 28 next year, he came from the rookie draft and I would expect he would want <= what we pay TMac, Melksham and Fritsch.

NON MFC: Round 18
I so want Swans to win while Ling pours [censored] on Papley for mssing goals and goes overboard with love on Gaz and Selwood. Why have Ling commentate this game? Even if he was only 'special Comments" he goes overboard.

Who should our next coach be?
Dean Cox.

Serong/Pickett trade
All sizzle no sausage. Goes to ground way too easy. Roves to the wrong spots. If he had Spargos smarts he would be a killa dilla.

GAMEDAY: Rd 16 vs Fremantle
I honestly believe the players are being treated softly and given mixed messages. Get the ball inside 35 from goal. It may not be pretty but Take marks that you should. Handball accurately. Kick to the spread position not to a pack. One in, two out in packs. Handball outside the pack. At last training, kick a goal from 35 metres, then go to the rooms. If not go to the back of the line. Once someone has missed 3 in a row, 6AM swim for the whole team. Do it every day till no one misses easy goals. We need Clarkson or my preference, Dean Cox. The man is super intense, you could see it when he played and "rested' on the bench. Always in the game, barking instructions. We need a big change.

TRADES, DELIST, PROMOTE
the only players i'd list as absolutely keepers would be: may petracca jackson lever gawn oliver langdon rivers Brayshaw I rate almost as highly as Petracca. If it is for J.Cameron Id sell either.

NON MFC: Round 15
I hope Adelaide win a game as they will for sure ask for an extra pick round one.

My 3 word player analysis V StKilda
Brayshaw - undervalued, wins clinches

CHANGES: Rd 15 vs Sydney
OUT: Hannan cannot hit a target. Pickett, runs to wrong spots and cannot keep his feet, just too costly to keep him in.

The dogs have a full list. They still swap players in and out of the side. Goody is very hesitant to make changes because we dont have a long injury list. this shows he thinks our team is finely balanced and a little bit out of luck. And now he has Richo as a yes man. he isnt ready to tough it out without help. Goody is out of his league and push comes to shove too many on this site want him to stay next year.- Tom McDonald
