    I hope the MFC has thrown Roos a little sweetener. Jazza will give Tammi and the kids a free, 5 day tour of the Otway’s with stop offs at all the Colac & Districts footy grounds. Who needs Bhutan when you have Forest, Irrewarra-Beeac, and Alvie.

    BBP if course, in rnd 23 with nothin got player for against another tin box side. What about against the Cats, Swans and Hawks in a final, he wouldn't get near it.

    Antoher really good read on it and certainly an opinion in Cook and Koch that differes vastly from the Bombers stance. I also find it amazing that the AFL, the leaders in voicing concern of governance are then happy to wash their hands of the Bombers next steps in the coaching situation ie giving Hird another 2 years and allowing Bomber Thompson (if he coaches them next season) to coach after being sanctioned. http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/thompson-not-right-for-coach-says-cats-boss-20130901-2syg6.html

    DO... Luck?! We don't deserve any luck, we become lucky by putting the right people and structures in place. Jackson from the outside appears to be doing that. Will this lead to Roos coaching us.. Who knows but if it falls through then a few fans will be even more demoralised and that leaves us with a Williams or a Voss or Knights from the experienced coaching ranks... Not as "pleasurable". Pessimist much... Yes I'm a MFC supporter.

    Just on the NFL scenario, the NFL revenues are in the $9 billion range.... Per YEAR!! 765 million over 20 years to 4,500 players is a disgrace. Back of a napkin figure of $8,500 per player in the suit per year over the 20 years they have to pay it totalling $170,000 per player... In today's money. The NFL on today's revenue (revenue aint profit obviously) will have generated $180 BILLION by the end of the payment terms... I'm amazed the players took this offer, they must be in dire straights. I would be surprised if the AFLPA is not all over this especially with Bell's suit ongoing if I recall. But yea stuff buddy, give him 4 weeks!

    Good luck to him, I'm actually really interested in how he goes and hope he does get some success. Conan was one of the best defenders of the 80's era and is a better footy person than his coaching record suggests.

    Yea Sue his whole practice is founded on past players and there families!!! Everyone loves him and trusts him with thier children. He is an angel sent down from heaven to tend for the sick and injured amongst the Essendon family.
