Hoping... I'm hoping for a 20mill Tatts win too but not sure it will happen. He hasn't the desire for body contact to play that role yet. Play him fwd and see how he goes.

If Roos brought along a time machine to get him from 5 years ago at his peak, yes if not no thankee. Looks like it has gone past him for pace and endurance to go both ways. He can still get on the end of it going fwd but can't keep up going back.

Doubt any teams would want Bail even if he didnt have a squishy, concussion brain. One more, one too many, and he should retire.

That fwd 50 conversion really fell away as at one point (i think it was half way through the year) we were in the top 5 for fwd 50 conversions. Would be hard to expect much better without Clark and Dawes for the majority of the season and absolutely no small fwds.

Hhhmmm not sold on the 3 years to a flag but I assume you are still drunk after the Roose celebrations so will forgive. I'm not sold he will stay, if I was him I'd go he has made more money than he should have career to date so go for a flag like Rivers. We would miss his mature body but not the end of the world from where we are cing from. The comment about the priority picks is just such a disgrace and a legacy that so many in our club need to carry with them. An amazingly poor development of players, culture and ability to get us over the top. Far out the Saints almost won a flag with the early picks they had!!! -

Really interesting approach here. Both PJ and Roos have lined themselves up for "short term" stints to get the foundations right and then try to select then next generation to take over from then. Anyone know of a similar coaching/manager set up like this being successful around the world in the past? Certainly an AFL first and it may be a huge success. Hoping this plays out well for us in the short and long term. Go team Roos!!
