I have it on good authority Roos was spotted at the Bay Leaf cafe celebrating buying a house in Apollo Bay in anticipation of his move to Melbourne, Wet Coke and Brisbaaane.
-
Sorry for ruining the thread... But as Jazza in the grate mentioned, he passed a few years ago, he is my grandfather. Bruiser's was a ripping place to hang out as a kid during scholl holidays, its ladies shoe shop now, how the Bay has changed!
-
I'm a bowling ball, but not one of the inbred ones Jazza.
-
I'm sure you boys spent a fair bit of time in Bruiser's. Decent burgers indeed and a bit of Chester the Chicken.

Proof, ask Lancie Armstrong about positive tests = proof of PED use and then getting done on circumstantial evidence. -

A good coach will have the kids following the club again, a good coach will have the Mrs thinking what a good decision it was because they will have the team playing well and winning no matter of they are a new coach or not. Would it go against all that has been said to date and raise the eyebrows... Abso bloody lutely, history will be the judge one way or the other but it is if not the most important decision in the top 3 of our history. Personally I could care less who it is as long as they can get the job done!

It's called ignore function RD, does wonders!

DO to keep on topic an experienced coach, preferably a coach who engages the players and builds some confidence, desire and work rate. That leads to Roos number one, but his desire for a 5yr type grind needs to be established otherwise it leaves a field of similar characters in RE, Williams etc. This of course would be after the back room support network has been built with a Pres and a footy manager role well entrenched. The assistants need a big upgrade along the way. Of topic what would excite me is another Bronx tour.

Would not excite me.

It's hard to imagine anyone wanting to be at the club going forward. From current players of value (Jones, Hogan and Clarke), any experienced coaches (Roos, Eade or Williams), new recruits, and free agents mids of class (absolutely no fa r ken chance of any top liners wanting to go near the place) and any footy managers of note would be really unsure now. How much of a chance are we to lose by 200 points in one of the last few games?

Jazza wear down Anderson and Swann as much as possible!!! Drag them down!! Then flay Bresnan and push around broad.
-
Great to see us in front for once in the series. Going to be a huge ask to get a winning result from here. Lyon will be bowling some long spells and needing some spot on line and length from the quicks at the other end.

Opel going ... we will need a new major sponsor.

He's probably on double that.

No need I'll tell you now: The Age. Hird needs to go, the Bummers need to be penalised to the full extent. The H Sun. Robinson is not to believed, he is a disgruntled former employee looking for revenge how can he be believed. Bummers stand by Hird.

"He goes public". I think you'll find it is his manager who is going public to a) drum up any interest in him and b) to try and raise his price. I do hope option c) is Dees tell he, no worries Mr Manager he can head off to greener pastures if you like. I think it would be best for Watts to find a new footy home, where he can "develop" further as I just don't see in him what MFC currently needs. That is not a slight on him, more a slight on MFc and the position we are in and our lack of development of players/or selecting the wrong player.
