  1. Unless it’s restored or you like a corrugated shed that is painted black and yellow. I know my preference.
  2. The love for Goody within the playing group did not exist throughout the whole team. Yes, there was a lot of love within most of the senior playing group, but there was also discord from the younger players and not a lot on confidence with the game plan. The player interviews coming out of the review last year came up with words like boring” when talking about game plan. Goody was told to change this.
  3. Buckley’s coaching career matches our output this year. I love Danners, but one year up and one year down was ultimately his coaching downfall.
  4. Good things come in small packages (Watson)
  5. I thought McVee has some good moments further up the field. He had some dash and run, at times.
  6. I hear the club is currently advertising a head coaching role in the Footy dept SONS. You may wanna check out Seek.com. …..
  7. In the week that was, proud of the boys and their effort. A new system, a few new players and we can play finals in 2026.
  8. is Howes playing forward?
  9. Is a better defender than May
  10. Adams does not look out of place against a very good forward line.
  11. Yep, who’d have thunk that strategy… 🤔
  12. Happy to be corrected as I didn’t see all of today’s game, but I saw Spargo playing in the midfield and at centre bounces. 22 possessions playing mid/fwd (not sure of the percentage ratio) is not a lot of possessions for a player who has played 100 AFL games
  13. Jock McHale, Leigh Matthews, even Tony Shaw would fit the status on Legendary.
  14. I’m the VFL/AFL era, two coaches have been sacked and subsequently won premierships with a different club: Mick Malthouse and Leigh Matthews. Both coaches were highly successful, having won premierships with multiple clubs after initially being sacked from another team. AI generated. Is Bucks up for it. 🤔🤪
  15. Only Roo should be practising goal kicking from the boundary line..
  16. He has a better record at a poorer club who has decades of poor mismanagement. Maybe Buckley is the new Roos… 🤔🤔🤔 Bring back Goody in a couple of years 🤪
  17. Would you like to substantiate why Michael?
  18. Sorry Engorged, I have my opinion. I respect the opinion of others in support of Buckley. I had some inside knowledge, but this was a long time ago. Therefore I am happy to accept people change. I’d rather have kept Goody than have Buckley. Imo the guy is a [censored].
  19. This is Buckley’s biggest issue. He tends to think too highly of himself and struggles to build meaningful relationships. As a player, he was not liked by many around him. Eddie loved him and gave him a leg up and still he failed.
  20. Ross Lyon was one bounce of the ball from a premiership and I wouldn’t have him. Goodwin is a better prospect than Buckley. He has one in the bag.
  21. If this is the case, best Buckley STFU! Goody only left the building days ago. Show some respect (albeit this is unknown concept to Buckley)
  22. I’d be happy with the cheapest option of @picket fence as coach if it stops wasting money on Buckley…
  23. Spargo is not averaging 2 goals assists a game. Makes for an even poorer argument to his output.
  24. If Buckley has been spoken about the coaching role, he would not be selling himself to the media. Probably more like like he is looking at Tassie longer term.
