PREGAME: Rd 18 vs North Melbourne
Shifting the deck chairs hoping for sun… but I don’t see a lot at Casey to be bold at selection either….

Time to scrutinise Alan Richardson
The coach being over rated is a ridiculous comment. They drive the method and how the team plays whilst utilising the list they have at their disposal. What the coach does not have full control over is list management, fitness staff and recruitment. The coach has the ability to influence these areas and what they need to fulfil their coaching philosophy. The football manager needs to put the right people in pace to create a cohesive system and Richardson has failed in this regard.

NON-MFC: Round 18
Woooow Weeee, BT giving it to Cornes in the commentary box. It seems even his colleague’s don’t like his negative point of view either. I’ve been hearing Hodge counteract Kane many times all year as well….,

NON-MFC: Round 18
Crowded Blues forward line and they manufacture a goal under difficulty. The Lions use system and pressure and create a nice goal. Reminds me of watching the Dees, unfortunately…

JvR Re-Signs until 2029
Using the JVR ruck stat, is akin to using Spargo’s effective kicks into the forward line. I could not care less about the percentage stats, the fact is, if you can only do it minimal times in a game that has hundreds of disposals and thousands of stats, it means little. jVR matches up on the oppositions second ruck option too. I’d like to see Max’s stats if he had the luxury of playing on lesser rucks/players.

Trade Targets
Depth and role players is one the issues with the list. With have high end talent and promising youngsters. We need to get good players, with good work ethic who can play a role. It’s why McVee is important.

Rival Clubs Monitoring Jake Lever
I don’t want add to the vitriol towards Goody, some are too harsh on him! But the media training and messaging with Goody is way too much and been heard too many times. Learnings, Melbourne man, play the Melbourne way, etc. It’s tiresome 😴🥱

NON-MFC: Round 17
As much as I hate Collingwood, their work in Youth homeless is very impressive. I worked for an agency in homelessness many a year ago, and the work I witnessed by the club was impressive. No disrespect to Carlton, I take that back. It didn’t read well.

Time to go Goody?
Have I had my head in the sand and McVee has resigned or are you letting a cat out of the bag GW? I hope you are correct either way

NON-MFC: Round 17
In no way, am I putting down any club GW. Including our club. Richmond needs a good slap on the back for being the founder to support Midsumma financially. @jackaub is one, who (to me), in his way, liked posts that was offensive for putting down diversity. Trust me, I have lived experience in diversity. Midsumma is my jam 😉

Time to go Goody?
We butchered the ball under Mini and Ooze too.

NON-MFC: Round 17
I’m sorry for your experience 31, but reading your post has bored me. Soz 🥱😂

Time to go Goody?
Either way, it’s time for some change.

Time to go Goody?
I am not assuming you are a Goodwin supporter, but I am looking at a solution focussed way to this situation. The club has leverage to our current situation. If that means moving on Oliver and others, so be it.
-
Time to go Goody?
Ooze took over Richmond knowing they would struggle, just to get an opportunity. They’re others.
-
Time to go Goody?
Goodwin’s contract maybe water-tight, but there are people out there who would give their left nut to coach an AFL team Macca. The club is not hamstrung in making change. They can provide opportunities to a new coach who can reinvigorate the club and the list.

NON-MFC: Round 17
The great thing about Collingwood Jack (and I hate them), is not only do they play great football, they are lead by competent people who have a strong value toward diversity. The Pies are leaders in supporting homeless youth and are a big part of giving back to those who are less fortunate, including other minority groups. The Pink Pies group is a very much loved and supported group within their club. Maybe Carlton should take their lead and the Dee’s connect more with the Reach Program. Success breeds success.

NON-MFC: Round 17
They always play to advantage. If it be taps to players when they can’t win the ball, kicks in front of a player to run onto the ball. They have a symmetry all other teams do not have. Their vision and understanding of the game and their system is incredibly impressive
