  1. “it’s time to go, Vossy. Put your sch!tt in a box!” 🤣🤣🤣
  2. After a loss I don’t watch a single minute of any of the footy shows, I don’t read a word about footy. I pretend it never happened. After a win I lap that sch!tt up. I read, watch and talk about nothing else. As a friend of mine said after our Saints win, “I’m gonna watch 360, Midweek Tackle, Agenda Setters, First Crack, On The Couch, Under The Couch, Behind The Couch, On The Fridge, Under The Bed… the lot of ‘em!” 🤣
  3. Apparently it was Max’s idea, he wanted them to rock up in whatever made them feel good. It’s very NBAesque but they look awesome
  4. The Drip is Fresh Ma G Have we talked about how flippin cool our boys looked when they arrived at the ground????
  5. Agreed, Red. We don’t know why certain past players weren’t there. Omac was there yesterday, just not in the photo. He would have to answer to his nephew Lmac had he not attended. Leo adores his uncle Oscar. 🥰
  6. Awww Layz. Understandable that you need to dial back physically and even mentally but your heart will always beat true for the red and the blue. That never changes. Also, ya kept this quiet!
  7. Kolt was a Freo supporter.
  8. At home, injured.
  9. JW4 🥹 and Hibbo 🥹
  10. Clarrie used to help oppo up off the ground. I asked him why he did so and he said, “I dunno, you see a bloke on his @rze and you help him up.” I guess it’s intrinsic with some people.
  11. He was there, as were a few of our past players, including Clarrie
  12. His other leg
  13. Calf.
  14. Shane strained his calf muscle three weeks ago during a match sim.
  15. Their fans knew right from the beginning losing Steeley would hurt. When it was first announced, their cheer squad head honcho messaged us saying you’re lucky to be getting Jack, we’re gutted to see him go. We will miss him, please look after him, he’s a wonderful human being.
  16. WTAF JUST HAPPENED! DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN?!! At halftime I was out having a ciggie with Mumma Frittata. I was crying and saying if I wasn’t in the cheer squad I’d bail in a heartbeat (I’ve been really unwell all week and shouldn’t have been off the sick couch). Mumma F told me to have faith, there’s still plenty of time, we might turn it around, etc. I smiled and nodded but was all the while thinking poor sweet Pauline, she’s about to be hit by the reality bus. But then that happened. I still don’t know how we pulled that off but I don’t care, we [censored] did it!
  17. It’s a no brainer! COME TO THE FLIPPIN GAME!!!
  18. It’s a long story. Two decades long, to be exact. I masqueraded as a Blues supporter for 20 years because I couldn’t break my older brother’s heart which was navy blue to the core. When he passed away I came out as a Dees fan. To this day I tear up when I hear the Carlton anthem, which is why I’ve asked not to be on banner crew today. Not a good look for a Dees squadder to be crying during the opposition’s song. 😁
  19. You know I have a huge soft spot for the Blues, but I’ll be quite happy to see us kick you guys into the middle of next week. 😁
  20. They should be able to help you out with this. They will likely give you a paper ticket to scan your daughter in. Because it’s our away game, membership queries can be made at the little portable situated between gates 3 & 4. @Longsufferingnomore would know more about this than I do but I’m sure the staff in the portable will sort it for you. Your daughter wants to go to the footy for the first time in a while? Well this MUST happen! We need those little Dees onboard… they’re our future.
  21. They make a good point. Incidentally, this ends a streak of 81 consecutive games played by Riv, going back to round 17 2022. I know there’s no room for sentimentality in footy but he’d be gutted not playing in his two premiership teammates’ huge milestone game. I also know the tough calls have to be made but this is gonna take quite some getting used to.
  22. Probably no surprise but I’m hella confident we’ll win today, and win convincingly. Carlton is experiencing a collective mindset of loserism (yes I made that word up). Remember… 10% physical and 90% mental. It’s above the neck where the power lies. The mighty [censored] Dees by debutant Paddy Cross - 41 points ❤️💙
  23. We’ll be in Bay M33 up the Ponsford end. Bays M31 & M32 are GA.
  24. PHEWWWWWW !!!
