  1. Pendlebury subbed out already. Despite that, today’s another game under his belt. He’ll break Boomer’s games played record by hook or by crook.
  2. Your neighbour’s gonna be livid now
  3. I wasn’t a Carlton fan… I posed as one. There’s a distinction. My heart may’ve appeared navy blue but in reality it was always red and blue.
  4. Mabior got three weeks. Geelong players better get cracking… dress shopping isn’t something done in five minutes. Actually, some can wear their partners’ Brownlow gowns, saving time and money 😜
  5. No. 31 speaks very well of us, more positive than many Dees supporters. I think the exemption is warranted. But yeah, I guess I am just speaking for myself. I masqueraded as a Blues fan for 20 years. And not casually either, I went to every Carlton match, countless finals and a couple of grand finals. Hells, as a kid I wore a Bruce 11 Doull duffel coat everywhere. So there’s no way I can ever hate Carlton.
  6. You’re the one who needs to wake up, Fence. How do you explain Geelong’s ability to draft in all the big names without breaching the salary cap? And that’s just for starters. I’m quite sure we’d have way more success if we were given a leg-up in almost every respect.
  7. Now, @No. 31, despite being a diehard Carlton fan, you’ve been magnanimously accepted by us coz you seem to be a nice person. But… methinks you’re pushing the boundaries here 🤨
  8. Yep, to see them lose yet another granny would be delightful but that’s a risk I personally am not willing to take 😅 I’d rather know tonight that there’s no hope of them winning the Flag. And imagine the week leading up to the granny, should they win tonight… geez Louise, it would be insufferable to say the least 🤮
  9. Yes it’s for the greater good. Brisbane: if you ever dreamed of being a superhero, here’s your chance. Collingwood winning another premiership is a crime against humanity. You can end their hopes tonight, on a wing and a prayer… Cut to us all ugly-crying tonight when Brisbane [censored] the bed 😅
  10. None the wiser 😭
  11. Not ideal. Seeing him in that revolting jumper would take some getting used to 🤢 And seeing him line up alongside Maynard would take even more getting used to 🤢🤢🤢
  12. I don’t get it Where’s @Demonstone when I need him?
  13. I’m curious as to what word has been censored here. None of the regulation 4-letter blasphemies would make sense 🤷‍♀️
  14. Thanks QD but I really don’t think I’ll poll well in the Brownlow this year for several reasons: I’m up against Naicos, the umps don’t like Melbourne, and I’ve never played a game of footy in my life.
  15. An incredible win by the Cats. But not surprising at all when you factor in their fixture (12 games at home), their ground (weird-shaped and nobody else gets to train on it), their kick-arze facilities ($ was never a problem) and call it conspiratorial, but their ability and wherewithal to get superstars without breaching the soft cap restraints. They couldn’t fail if they tried.
  16. #NostalgiaRush🥹
  17. Not sure if I misread it but this is the first time Geelong has beaten Hawthorn in a knockout (sudden death) final since 1963. That’s nuts
  18. Do you know what the expression ‘Sour grapes’ means? I don’t see how it applies here.
  19. So that’s what Tracc’s problem has been all along.
  20. What’s stopping you? Besides, any team would be this great with Geelong’s manipulated, magical, mysterious salary cap goings-on.
  21. I’m starting to think you might not rate Jack Martin.
  22. Just under 100,000 people at this game. That’s huge. I reckon that’s more than what tomorrow’s game will get.
  23. You dropped the ball there, dad
  24. Tell me you’re watching weightlifting right now (?)
