I know this will go against the 'I hate Collingwood and suck on them' attitude here, but I can feel their pain here. 2 weeks without their midfield coach was a big loss. 2 weeks with us didn't really achieve anything. In the NFL they don't sign a coach to a new team until that team is done for the year. I think that's fair. The original team signed them in good faith that they would complete their job. 2 weeks before the end they pull the pin? At the most important part of the season. *Ducks for cover*

One of the main reasons they bought it in was to make it fairer on teams that lose players early in matches to serious injuries To me it's done it's job, except maybe 1 or 2 cases last year where teams lost multiple players and that's just bad luck. LOVE the SUB!!

Maybe, just maybe if they sent out the forms that some asked for to change their membership when asked 4 times and started the AP incorrectly when I had already sent back the form to stop it, they might get more members. At this rate they won't be getting my money

Correct. Dermie said that you need one guy to play on the gorilla in each team. He doesn't have to be the best user of the ball and you can't have more than one of them in your back 6. But you need one against most teams. He also said that because Hawthorn have lots of good users down back, a gorilla killer would work. But it would not work for say, Richmond, because they don't have enough good users of the ball in the back 6. I thought it was well thought out and pretty well on the money. Hawthorn and a couple of others would be a fit
