Farewell Luke Jackson
When Mummy refused the offer to relocate to Melbourne and told him to come home like a good boy.

Farewell Luke Jackson
Not a pleasant one. I’ve said from the start his departure has been handled poorly. Started with his Mum’s silly post on Facebook

IG Elevates it’s Partnership for 2023
You still haven’t explained your initial reply. I’ll try to interpret meaning. NB already have enough advertising? I still have no idea whether you are for/against NB not having additional branding somewhere else on the jumper, replacing the spot they’ve lost.

I don’t really understand your reply. What is a multi-national? NB, IG?

IG Elevates it’s Partnership for 2023
The IG looks fine, as it is no different to NB. Any other sponsor, and if it were a different colour, I’d be up in arms. I would like to see the whole jumper though. I do hope NB haven’t got a new placement for their branding.

Trade and Free Agency rumours
I’m saying, aggressive trading is what got us in contention for a flag. You ready: Lever, May, Langdon, Ben Brown after 2018, we recognised that we needed backs. In came Lever and May. we won in 2021 after smart recruiting tht targeted weaknesses. after 2021, we seemed to be content. Made almost zero changes. We didn’t win 2022 🏆, so I thi k we should look at getting some players in to fill some gaps and weaknesses. So far, we are getting in a Ruckman, whilst having the AA ruckman already, a position many clubs see an unimportant. Meanwhile Geelong are cashing in on young talent from other clubs and have a better draft hand than us.

Trade and Free Agency rumours
Is anything happening yet? Are we actually making our list better? Or are we just gonna accept a few picks and get some kids in for 2025 debut? Amazing that the clubs around us have been the most aggressive in this trade period and we continue to sit on our hands. Huge finish coming on Wednesday I hope.

Training Ground?
Then get back to the Gosch's idea and get a small facility built on that area of 'dead-space' opposite the exit ramp. Gosch's is a fine facility and ground for training. It has been upgraded and resurfaced, so there is nothing wrong with the size, or surface, of the ground. Surely something can be built around that to add some identity to the place.

Kevin Bartlett Oval is in the middle of a massive green space park. Why could it not be expanded to MCG size?

Training Ground?
I am firmly of the belief tht we just need to secure something anywhere accessible in the inner Melbourne region. Casey is not accessible. Plain and simple. It alienates too many fans. The AFLW get stuff all crowd, because it simply is too much effort. If you want to create club connection, there needs to be accessibility for fans. That will never be found at Casey. I look at Richmond, Dogs, Pies (double dippers), Carlton Saints and even North Melbourne, and they all have great community engagement, both in-season and in the off season. For as long as we are at Casey, we will never have that. IMO there are two spots left that suit our needs. The Burnley Oval, known as Kevin Bartlett Oval and The Brunswick Street Oval. It’s time we settle on a site like this and get talking to the government. My preference would be Burnley. It’s ready for development.

Training Ground?
I no longer care about MCG precinct, but the facility had to be in the inner city, in an area that is accessible by public transport. Our AFLW team play in front of 2 dogs and cat out at Casey. Look at Punt Road and wht it offers VFL and AFLW supporters. Look at Collingwood and the crowds they pull into Vic Park. I could keep going. We are missing opportunities for growth and exposure. The game will NOT grow in Casey, now will our club. With Melbourne City FC there now, we are in a bad spot

Makes you sick. We are the only club in this position, while other clubs are getting upgrades of upgrades. It’s actually a joke

Port chasing Kozzy Pickett
The club should sue Kornes. The bloke has had it coming for a while. He literally called Tim Lamb a liar. If Tim thinks otherwise, it's time to attack the credibility of this twit. He is a modern day shock jock and rarely backs down

Farewell Luke Jackson
The reality is, WCE won’t part with pick 2, we only have Freo left to deal with. They have the worst draft hand in the League. Unfortunately, it’s going to be a “take it or leave it” scenario. He can walk to West Coast in the PSD and we get zilch. It’s just the way it is.

Trade and Free Agency rumours
Jordon slows the game down beyond belief. Completely stifles our ball movement. Pushes back behind his mark and waits and waits before kicking down the line to a contest. If that’s the way we are headed, things will look like the 2nd half of 22. I don’t mind losing Harmes, but seriously, we have to get some experienced blokes in to replace what is going out. The clubs around us are getting talent in. I know it’s early days, but we seem to be looking solely at Grundy. I don’t see that addressing the issues we had in 2022. Tht doesn’t mean he isn’t a good LJ replacement, but this team needs some better ball users and added pace.

James Harmes off to Essendon?
Is Gus Brayshaw playing midfield next year? Because, IMO, he hampered us in the midfield in every game except the first one after signing the new deal. He is best suited to the wing. Our success in 21 was due to the selflessness of guys like Brayshaw. If the tail is wagging the dog, things like Harmes leaving start to happen. It was very odd that Brayshaw moved from the HBF to the midfield as soon as he signed on. Was it a condition ? There is chatter that Harmes is after more midfield time. He was pushed out when Brayshaw entered the picture. Sparrow is also loved by the coaches, as we found out at the Bluey. My concern remains that we seem to have lost the selfless approach and guys are disgruntled and looking to cash in as premiership players

AFLW: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
If that was mens football, she was seeing stars and knocked completely out. Went back with no sense of fear. It’s just lucky the girl coming the other way lost sight of the ball and didn’t jump
