  1. I can't see them both in the same team, it's one or the other. Unless we are planning to only play one Key forward
  2. Im thinking McAdam wins the Casey goal kicking
  3. I know what you are saying, i am disagreeing. McLean is an inside midfielder as he showed in the VFL. Just like Dunstan and Hately. Mclean doesn't play midfield in the AFL because his coach doesn't put him there, which is why he should look for a new club and get a run in his best position. I don't believe for a second Dunstan would have come in for Brayshaw btw, but we will never know. I'm purely just saying that McLean is a better option than Hately
  4. yes but you want someone that can play at AFL level if needed. Hately cant and hasn't been able to at 2 clubs. McLean at least played 6 AFL games this year and was Emg for the whole back half of the year so he is around the mark in a midfield much much deeper than Adelaide. Hately got 1 game and wasn't looked at again
  5. He played completely Midfield in the VFL last year, only time he wasn't midfield was when Bevo played him in the AFL and well its Bevo. Hately is [censored], he is a horrible ball user and even worse decision maker, the fact he can't take Ben Keays place in that side says it all. If we sign these guys for nothing and as pure VFL depth that's fine, but id be taking McLean over Hately any day.
  6. Id say bottom 6, 2021 have a look at T-Mac, Brown, Harmes, Rivers, Bowie and Sparrrow. They had fantastic years, and some were in their first year or two of AFL footy. and have a look at the output of our bottom 6 now, its a big difference.
  7. He finally got his body right this year and was dominating the VFL. not expecting him to be our best midfielder, but depth. no many better options out there
  8. Go get McLean for free instead
  9. Yup big fan of him, had a very good end to the year in the VFL. Purely depth though
  10. Toby McLean delisted, perfect free midfield back up. think we really need one even if he never plays an AFL game
  11. Huge fan of him... in a crows top
  12. Done for pick 47 Twomey is reporting, seems fair
  13. Melb put in a big offer for Hawkins, they reported that today on trade radio.
  14. Adel rejecting offer, want a player. Please Dees walk away and forget you were ever interested in that spud!
  15. Could Gunston wanting to leave change Brisbane's thoughts about trading Fullarton?
  16. Yuck, double that number and it's still overs
  17. Jack Gunston wanting to return to Hawks, do we have a dabble at him? Probably not with McAdam nominating us
  18. Lycett has a contract in front of him but it is said to be pitiful, think he will walk to the draft, be very happy to pick him up if we have list spots.
  19. He is a beast, and is a Midfield/Forward. Much like Petracca was in his early years, and he reminds me a lot of those type of players. Have watched a few of his games now, very different to his brother, who I also like. He will be the future of our midfield. Disclaimer - I was filthy when we selected Oliver over Parrish, so my opinion means nothing 😀
  20. I Wonder if we have eyes on Duursma, which I hope we do
  21. Only on here, GWS have said they can keep Hayes and will not trade 7 as a salary dump
  22. It's also been said numerous times that GWS don't need to get him off the books. They can afford him, and won't be packaging a deal to ship him off. It is a lot owed to him but it's only for next year. After that he is off the books. (Out of contract) If a club has missed managed so bad that one player for one year has to get off the books they wouldn't be in the AFL.
  23. Id love us to do that but it's very rare. Id love us just to say no thanks haha but someone sees something in him
