Tom Fullarton
If you haven't watched Jeff farmer's jumper presentation speech I highly recommend it. Absolute legend and his love for the club shines through. It's a pity his kid wasn't quite at the level.

PREGAME: Rd 07 vs Richmond
May looks done to me. He's 33 and has used his big frame as a battering ram. I'm surprised we're not giving Adams a shot, which likely has more to do with Adams than anything else. May had a terrible year last year by his standards and 2025 isn't looking much better. TMac on the other hand could well go to 2027, he doesn't play a high impact game and seems as fit as ever. Lever just keeps getting injured and there's not much we can do about that. Turner looked great on Amyss in the first half and Petty kicked 4 so maybe that's how we play it. 2 talls at each end with Windsor, Bowey, McVee and Lindsay running it out of defence and Pickett, Melksham, Fritsch, Petracca and Sparrow as the forwards? It's amazing what a win does for ones day, Life's good and full of opportunities again!

Time to go Goody?
Can you rewrite that.

Iโm telling you Fritsch will thrive in a fast transition game like we just played. Did you see the space in our 50?

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
I'd want to see no more injuries and all of May, McVee, Fritsch, JVR, Turner and after that Lever back into the side asap. With faster ball movement Fritsch will have a field day. Opposition sides will have to man up a forward half of Pickett, Fritsch, Petracca at times and Perhaps Petty and JVR. That's a handful when the ball is coming in quick, less so when it's bombed high and slow. If we can limit injuries we should have some decent footy coming up. There's no easy games when you're 1-5 though. Richmond aren't hopeless.

PREGAME: Rd 07 vs Richmond
I think itโs counter productive dropping Howes. I donโt think May will be fit anyway. Iโd consider Fritsch and McVee for Turner and Sharp

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
I understand what he did. Heโs fine for bottom 6 when 5 of our best are out. He works hard, pressures players with his run and set up a goal to Langford. Not flash but serviceable.

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
Nothing beautiful and when May, Lever and McVee are fit and Fritsch and JVR are back in form heโll likely be at Casey. But for now heโs doing his bit.

PREGAME: Rd 07 vs Richmond
You get McVee in asap. We bought Kolt in after a long break, McVee comes in this week.

Oh and Iโd of loved to see Turner play 4 quarters. He was very solid prior to being kneed in the headโฆโฆnothing to see here, no duty of care requiredโฆ.concuss away! The AFL are an utter clown show.

Watching the replay Sparrow had a good solid game Sharp does enough and heโs quick Fullarton surely gets another run Salemโs game was fine Thought it was one of Howes better games. Spargo showed why heโs in the side. If those guys are our bottom 6 thatโs fine by me.

I think they were told to hunt Freo and let the game begin at contest, thatโs our strength and it brings confidence.

If everyone in the team was Kozzie we wouldn't lose a game for 8 years.

KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!
I also noticed when the players ran onto the ground Koz was one of the first out of the race but then stopped and turned around and gave every player a mid 5 (A waist high High 5) He may well be homesick but he's 100% invested. I love him and having him leave would be like when we lost Farmer, the club just can't let it happen.

KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!
Koz, let's redo your contract, How's 9 million over 7 years sound? Personally I think he's the clubs most important player.

PODCAST: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
That game style is a boon for Fritsch. Quick ball movement to an open forward half. Do we bring him straight back in even though he was underwhelming at Casey? Where to for Petty? 3 goals and a gift to Koz in the square, is exactly what we have needed, it'd be a brave man to move him back this week. With a full contract payout there's little to no chance Goodwin is moved on. It's kind of nice realising the turmoil that that likely saves us. He just might prove most of us wrong, I for one would be more than happy with that. Thanks for the pod.
