I opted out of the frenzy and become a watcher and reader for awhile. Your enthusiasm needs to be commended and the report writers have been awesome.

Righto, are we all going to gush or get a serious report done. You know who you are, you’ve got till 4 and make em comprehensive! Something about playing Collingwood that gets me back in the zone. 😎

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
Sheesh people look good in Demon wear.

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
I’m against Buckley because I think others including Daly are a better choice. He’s the safe, predictable, club in strife choice. I want us to be able to recognise the next great coach not the last ok coach. C’mon Big Fella, I expect better from a man of your statue.

Youth going forward
I can think of 2 players who I’d consider moving along if we got high picks for them. Do we ask for a high pick and cop the high shared salary. It’s probably the only way we can get into the first round.

Welcome to Demonland: Kalani White
- Farewell Judd McVee
All well and good excepting the fact that running Half Back's with neat disposal and sound defensive capabilities are what drives a team. McVee is that player, yes he's been poor this year but let's not start throwing out the baby with the bathwater.- TRAINING: Monday 18th August 2025
- Farewell Judd McVee
It’s become a team of individuals and therein lies one of our main onfield issues. I don’t know or much care what Judd wants but for mine he replaces Salem, who honestly I loved as a player but he’s become about as useful as a toupee at a bald man’s convention. If we open 2026 with May at FB, Salem at HB, Lever in rehab and Judd playing for the Cats I’m tapping out till 27.- Training Ground?
Kanga’s support isn’t essential but it’s welcome. Lock this in and we’re automatically better off. It amazes me that so much land sits there barely being used. Our facilities will still leave plenty of grass for dogs to poop on. NIMBY’s can GAGF.- Toby Sinnema

If this is true I'll be stoked.- Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
Get this guy. I don't get the Buckley love. We need ideas from winning assistants who want their own team. Daly's tough, a bit old school and has helped transform the Lions into consistent finals team. (yes they've had some father son help) Tell me, What's Buckley done again?- Simon Goodwin Sacked
I don’t rate him but that’s a hunch more than anything else. Just doesn’t come across as a really serious hard nosed business man. Time will tell.- Simon Goodwin Sacked
Does he live in a tiny house?- GAMEDAY: Rd 23 vs Hawthorn

Don’t mention the word reset you’ll bring out a whole other mob to fight with.- Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
No- Media Madness
Sorry but Hodge has every right to comment on a players body language. Take a look at the vision, it’s not flattering to one of our highest paid senior players. I’ve got little idea of any behind the scenes workings at the club and it’s likely not as bad as it’s being portrayed but we’re not the victim here. I’m tentatively bullish on the list but we really need a strong coach (Daly for mine) and some realistic list and assistant decisions. Feels like a fork in the road…..but I feel I’ve said that before!- The most likely tall forward and tall defender combo
Send May to North for a packet of chips, Lever can stay if the new coaches think he fits their plan. Petty and Turner as the key backs. JVR and hopefully one of Derksen and Kentfield become AFL key forwards (Feels a bit Santa Claus is real but who knows what a new coach can do) Then there's Adams who wasn't horrible yesterday considering who the Dogs have as tall forwards. My concern lies with our seemingly mediocre ADMIN thinking we can just saddle up the same old setup and push for finals like I and others thought we could do this year and probably last. We can't, we need to add talent to the list before we're a serious contender again. We're not miles away but we could be in 3 years time with the wrong approach.- TRAINING: Monday 28th July 2025
Trading reports will be allowed to resume previous format. You can get them in poorly worded, missing stuff, making stuff up, even after 4 for all I care atm.- GAMEDAY: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
This may have been said but we needed to do this in Alice- CASEY: Rd 17 vs Carlton VFL
I actually agree re Jefferson. I thought he was terrible early but he didn't drop his head and often got to the right spots, competed relatively hard and is clearly as nervous as a kid on his first day at a new school. Maybe a new coaching staff would help.- POSTGAME: Rd 19 vs Carlton
In an absolute world first I've got nothing to say.- GAMEDAY: Rd 19 vs Carlton
How’s your man looking big fella? - Farewell Judd McVee
