When will Melbourne break these embarrassing records?
BDA replied to praha's topic in Melbourne Demons
We haven't won a granny at the MGC for 58 years. Reckon 2022 is the year to right that wrong -
I think its going to be weight as much as age that's slows him down. He needs to drop about 10 kgs
-
If the clangers are the price for a premiership, All Australian Jackets, Norm Smith and Coaches player of the year award, I’ll happy pay it
-
I tell you what Macca. You can have your thread back. Cherrio
-
Almost but not a choke if you win Rams have Stafford and Kupp to thank. Phenomenal throw and reception in the circumstances
-
Other than not signing his extension yet there has been zero indications that he won't stay. He was looking quite happy training with the other WA recruits in the off season. His parents are even talking about re-locating here. I think the days of fretting over players re contracting are over for a while

We beat the Lions in Round 12 when they had a near full team. They played very well in the first half but we ran over the top of them to run out handy winners. They are not the quickest. A Top 4 team for sure but we match up against them pretty well. We have them covered Sydney always give us a tough game. They could give us problems in a final I'm not too worried about the others to be honest. Injuries of course could derail us. Perhaps we have an off day in a final and our opponent plays to their optimal. We will be firm favorites and rightfully so

We are far too undisciplined. Most penalised team in the league. dumb penalty after dumb penalty. Very frustrating. We wouldn't have won in Green Bay today though. The Packers have the wood on us You guys didn;t turn up today. I was sure you would win. The 49er's are not a strong team. A stout defence and a freak of nature in Deebo Samuel is not enough to go any further. I reckon the old master, Mr Brady will account for them next week

Cowboys. We [censored] the bed in typical cowboys fashion last week

Be careful of what You’re a good poster and analyst Macca. But you drift into condescension which really gets up my nose With less the 5 mins on the clock your special team allows a punt block on the goal line for the touchdown. The 49ers never looked like scoring a TD for the whole game and you gifted them one to keep them alive. They conceded penalties in the red zone. Garoppolo threw a dumb pick in the red zone. They couldn;t make a short 4th down and short in the red zone. They could be there still and they wouldn't score a TD After you gifted the the TD you then do nothing on your last possession, give the ball back, allow them to move the ball down the field, burn the clock and kick the winning FG That’s a choke by anyone’s definition Macca Enjoy the rest of your evening

2 intense games. Both won with FG's at the death. Massive chokes from the Titans and Packers 49ers can;t win from here with Garoppolo. Oline has to step up and protect Burrow better. If they do the Bengals are a chance next week Tomorrows games should be rippers

5. Hanks 4. Harris 3. L Pearce 2. Birch 1. Hore

Parry can't survive much longer. Contributed nothing in 3 matches subject to health and safety protocols, Gay and Mithen in. West and Parry out
-
Got the percentage boost after all. Great final quarter but pretty ordinary up to that Play like we did til 3 quarter time next week and Adelaide will beat us easy. Hopefully thats the dodgy performance out of the way and we can put together a 4 quarter effort next week. We'll need to if we're to beat the Crows Go Dees
-
she's the difference today
-
settle down. she's won 5 AA jackets in a row
-
So much for percentage. We're in a battle here. Other than Harris the whole team needs to lift.
-
Great mark and goal Tayla Harris
-
Sloppy from the Dees. Should be further behind. Hopefully this quarter, with the wind at our backs, we can find our rhythm
-
West has the most awkward kicking style i've ever seen. She needs a few sessions with chocco
-
Hand balling to players in a stationery position. Kick the ball
-
Huge game next week for sure. Hopefully we can avoid the dreaded "health and safety protocols" and can field a strong team

I’ve seen most of the teams at this stage. I reckon St Kilda are a firm favourite for the wooden spoon. They are very limited Adelaide and Freo have already built up percentage over us so we need to close the gap. It’s quite possible percentage will decide home ground advantage in finals. we have to be ruthless with the weaker teams. Put your foot on their throat girls
