  1. Very solid win. Bombers to their credit stuck at it and didn't make it easy for us Can't see us making up the percentage but you never know. Would be great to get a calm day next Saturday and go hard at the Eagles, who are very ordinary. Pies might keep it close against the Lions but won't beat them.
  2. Tayla Harris
  3. That clown in the crowd needs to be taken outside and dealt with
  4. didn't look touched
  5. Great stuff. Keep the foot on their throats' girls
  6. Sloppy defensive play from us this quarter
  7. Have to agree on Underwood. the female BT
  8. Nice finish Paxy. She's going well this year @DeeSpencer
  9. Best 2 passages of play that quarter were Bannan in space, taking the game on. She's a jet. Just need to get the ball to her I think we may actually play better into the wind (although it does look quite strong)
  10. Chaplin has been very solid for us this year
  11. Bonny Toogood sounds like the name of a character from an Austin Powers movie
  12. Bannon is a star.
  13. Bannan is such a dangerous player off the wing. such pace
  14. Just saw the girls trying to run through the banner. Looks a typical windy day out at Casey
  15. Josh Schache is a depth acquisition that arose purely because the Weid wanted to leave. Tim Lamb said as much. He also mentioned that his versatility was attractive. He will play a few cameos for us if needed but spend most time with Casey. He won’t become a best 22 player and won’t miraculously solve our forward problems. Would be very pleasantly surprised if he did though but I’m not holding out much hope.
  16. Square dancing, no. Line dancing could work though
  17. I'm down with all forms of music and musical expression except most country music. It has a very whiney, formulaic quality to it. Maybe there's a country music fan on the forum that can explain or enlighten me regarding the attraction of country music.
  18. The weather could put a spanner in the works but even if it does turn inclement I’ve been so impressed with the consistency of performance this year I still reckon we’ll find a way to put up a score irrespective of conditions.
  19. Strong lineup and great to see us building towards a fully fit list (McNamara and Colvin excepted) coming into finals i expect a professional performance today. That should be enough to translate into a 40 point win for us which will keep within range of Brisbanes percentage
  20. Disregard everything I've ever posted about Lachie Hunter. I liked him all along profile photo duly updated
  21. Has plenty of fine attributes. Tough, hard and great kick for goal. His disposal lets him down badly though.
  22. One of my favourite albums along with symphonies of sickness
  23. Just watched the Crows Geelong game. Crows scraped home by 2 points. I don't think the Crows are at the same level this year at all. You can't write them off because they're a champion team but I don't think they can win it. It's us and the Lions I reckon
  24. For those interested this doco gives a good overview of the extreme metal genres and leading bands. The Norwegian black metal scene is well covered @Gorgoroth It's presented by a Canadian dude, Sam Dunn, who produces lots of metal related content so well worth checking out. I’m an old grindcore fan. Napalm Death and Carcass are the original and best in my view
  25. Thanks @Gorgoroth. I'm going to check this stuff out
