Left field idea. I just realised John Noble has been left out again. He must be gutted to essentially play every game in the season and then left out in finals. Get in the kids head and give him a spot in our wing or HB line. Great speed, great endurance and is a solid kick. Upgrade on multiple players. Definitely a long shot but worth a question.

If we end up targeting a KPF i would be a little surprised. Im not saying we dont need one, but i think that would seem to indicate that we are not going to address our ball movement and forward 50 connection issues through trade/draft and ultimately push ahead with the same game style and method. With almost all teams moving to the fast pace, offensive style, game plan i am truly concerned with the FD's direction. If we can somehow walk away with at least 1 outside, fast paced midfielder either through draft / trade, O'Sullivan and a KPF, id be much more optimistic.

They’d be silly not to try. If they get 4 we can then try to deal with them. Harmes and #15 feels a bit light. They would probably ask for a bit more or take it all to the draft and get a 3 quality players. Instead I’d try to chase a pick in 6-10 range with our #15 and F1 and secure O’Sullivan. Cats said #7 on the table.

It’s a real awkward situation for them, however they clearly have no influence because anyone with a brain cell could have told B. Maynard to keep his mouth shut and concentrate on his footy. It is bordering on making their position untenable in our club through no fault of their own.
