Also we have not recruited natural footballers but some from other codes.Thats why we don't have finishing skills. And the coach refuses to Change the players around much at all. Even though we only had 18 fit that is every reason to change say Daisy Cimniggham Newman etc. Mick is a fine young person and very good with the girls but his footy smarts in the Coaches box And recruiting Skilled football players are lacking.and hurting our results. Four years of the same is far more than ample proof a Change is needed.
