POSTGAME: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Geelong to me play at a perpetual intensity rating of about 8/10*. When teams turn up the heat to the max (no pun intended) like we did in the last quarter, they're not capable of breaking that barrier - their default setting is to regain the play on their terms (slower, more controlled) as opposed to matching the opposition. It's why their whole game plan revolves around tempo footy - control & efficiency. This game was reminiscent of Geelong's grandfinal loss last year, their baseline standard of play is extremely high which is why they're a strong chance to win every game they play, but they don't seem capable of flicking the switch like other sides can. *Scientifically proven by Swiss scientists

You'd think they recorded the show at half time on Saturday night Surely he has to be some form of elaborate troll? Wtf was the comment about Geelong's 'star power'?

CHANGES: QF vs Brisbane
Hibbo is 98% cooked but still want him in over Smith. Not sure Sparrow thrives under the heat. JJ seems to be the cooler head.

Dogs fans talk about Smith like Melbourne fans talk about Harmes. Would be interesting to see them both in the same side haha- Trade Targets

I'd be removing Dunkley from your list then- Trade Targets
Go after Hunter. 50 mids at the dogs, one of them would be gettable?- NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Duursma & Butters a fair bit underdone still I think.- NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Georgiadis out helps- NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Dogs look close to cooked but their game style troubles us the most. I'll be thrilled to see them miss the top 4.- NON MFC: Rd 23 2021
Dogs gameplan goes to water against defensively switched on sides And Port...are good but not good enough?- TEAMS: Rd 23 vs Geelong
I agree but Hibbo looked 9/10th's cooked against the Crow's. Fell down at every opportunity, may have felt their hand was forced.- TEAMS: Rd 23 vs Geelong
On the brightside, Hibbo will be straight back in if Smith has a shocker you'd suspect, so playing a top 4 side last game of the home and away season the perfect finals audition.- Trade Targets
Maynard in One of Rivers or Bowey to the wing Bailey Laurie to put pressure on one of Nibbler or Spargo Sorted- TEAMS: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Harmes named on a wing, Brayshaw half forward. Will they tag Smith?- TEAMS: Rd 23 vs Geelong
Surprised we didn't bring in Daw ahead of McDonald based on these changes- Trade Targets
Gus is 25+ touches a game in his sleep as a pure mid. Need another wing.- Angus Brayshaw
Bailey Smith is played out of position. He is an inside mid. Granted he has a better outside game than Gus.- Road to the Draft Podcast - Jason Taylor

Hibberd wouldn't be in the side if Hunt was healthy.- AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURSÂ
Sounds like the Swans are pushing him out. I understand the cap issues but clearly internally they must be very underwhelmed by him.- Richo’s Praise of Luke Jackson
Something a bit leftfield, but if McDonald's finish to the year is strong would they extend him for a year to smooth his contract $ over?- Richo’s Praise of Luke Jackson
Can you expand on this? - Trade Targets
