  1. Turning into a nightmare opening round for me; we lose, Blues win and if the Pies win....
  2. Yep, learn the fwd craft by playing down back; see where the fwds run and how to position themselves
  3. I was trying to understand why Fritta can find space but no one else can; perhaps need like a TMc to block or hold his position in the pack to protect his team mates
  4. Lever - an absolute stinker Laurie - can not execute Viney - the umpires friend Howes - an excellent debut
  5. Yep we have all the physical presence of a french pastry. We seem to play as if the bump has already been banned. Mind you we need a few bigger bodies in the packs.
  6. Take this with all the conviction of a MFC traditional round 1 loss. Life after Gawn is staring us in the face. Our mids were terrible except for Viney. We have one forward in Fritta. How come he can find space when others can't - because the others dont have someone to block for them? Tracc fumbles so much early on perhaps we start him on the bench. Laurie Spargo and Chandler didnt give us much and are too short - stop recruiting Lilliputians Howes played well and Windsor was ok .
  7. 6. Viney 5. May 4. Salem 3. Fritsch 2. Howes 1. Tomlinson
  8. I dont think Fritta could hit the proverbial barn door even if he is locked in th e barn. Trac needs to do something Debutants ok May fantastic
  9. I have heard of players having pregame nerves (plugger of all people had a trainer in the race with a rubbish bin) but this has taken it to a new level. Get well.
  10. Point of order #partypooper #pedant but there are no crows in Victoria, they are ravens. As a matter of fact there are not many crows in Australia. Tell him he is raving.
  11. 6 weeks unless they are 'mates' and played junior footy together then.....
  12. and of course GSAC for swiming etc, and the upgraded Carnegie Memorial Swimming which hopefully will be open by the end of the year and the recently ugraded facilities in Lords reserve; and Caulfield Park and EE Gunn Reserve not to mention all that land freed up with Sky Rail....where Glen Eira does need more open space is down towards Elsternwick... Anyway Caulfied is a very large site and I think it should be able to accommodate most people.
  13. I have never searched morning sickness meds, acne creams, incontinence pads, teens jewelry, or hotels in zurich to name a few I'll leave it at that
  14. Absolutely the right decision for Gus. Will always be a MFC hero. ([censored] decision for me though, gone teary).
  15. Nah, I was talking from my personal perspective. I never put the blinkers on. (Though I might not look too hard). I would hope that some alarm bells had rung within the club and that a review might be warranted.
  16. Pardon my French but Garbage. I'm totally united and dont have my head in the sand. Todays news is stale and at least 4 weeks old for me. And I'm about as well connected as a 4 pin plug. (but it might explain why the media has been having pot shots at our culture since we won the GF). It will not stop me going to games, buying merch and making donations.
  17. That pic was from yesterday. One thing I will say even if you dont make it at AFL you will be very fit. Clarrie was in good humour. Mixing with the Casey boys was fine. Seemed good camaraderie. Marty Hore just looks like a footballer whereas Tholstrup (Kolt) and Sestan (Seso) not quite so much. BBB is coming along fine but will he be match fit is the question.
  18. McAdam does look lean. Woey AMW and Fullarton jogging and now doing a drill hitting up BBB. TMc to the sheds.
