Training Ground?
just making a point

Training Ground?
Dont be ridiculous. We will need a tunnel so it will be part of the SRL.

Training Ground?
I dont think the MRC would have been too keen on a herd of footballers crossing the track on a regular basis. Though dog walkers do it all the time. And a new tunnel would be expensive. I am sure the positioning of the ovals can be reconfigured.

Training Ground?
The only time the gates will be locked is on race days.

End of season 2025 interviews
Maybe there is nothing to leak in that list decisions havent been made, waiting for the new coach.
-
Training Ground?
Thats because the bought private land owned by the MRC. Mt Scopus is not being built on Crown Land.
-
Potential Father Son Prospect Noah Yze
I dont think he has the smarts/skill of his old man so compensate with a bigger, stronger body.
-
Training Ground?
Dont think so. It is Crown Land so it will be leasehold, I assume with a reasonably long lease. Just like the same arrangement the MRC has with the Trust.

Potential Father Son Prospect Noah Yze

CASEY: Elimination Final vs Williamstown
Campbell, Laurie, Yze I thought were the best. The one that surprised me was Fullarton who played much better than expected. Obviously Yze is worth another look. Kolt and Howes played as they should. Well done Casey.

CASEY: Elimination Final vs Williamstown
I saw Ghosty on the telly

Training Ground?
Also to be noted is that the Trust is not a money making venture. It relies on Govt grants for its survival. Any proposal that increases the income of the Trust is a good start. The auditors generals report, admittedly 10 years old, stated that the MRC was paying $57,300 for the grandstand lease. Furthermore, at that time the the race track, where the horseys run around on race day, was not part of the lease. Task now is to find out what the current, 2025, leasing arrangements are.

Training Ground?
No it is crown land managed by Trust. Not sure where the MRC leasehold starts and finishes though. Regardless we will be paying rent probs > $500k per annum. Commercially this new location is much better as it will be visible to everyone who uses the Dandenong/Frankston train lines
-
Training Ground?
Well it is Crown Land and we are leasing it. I think the MRC is paying $500k per annum if I read the Trusts financial statements correctly.

The Wade Derksen Thread
He had 5 possessions and at least 1 of those was kicking out from full back. First job of a footballer is to get the ball.

Farewell Charlie Spargo
I like spargs but if he goes I wish him all the best.
-
Steven May's Future
May had 23 disposals including 12 marks. (and second in the fantasy points, whatever that is) Adams averages less than 10 disposals at Casey.
